Thai food is always a popular option, and for those in Brighton, then there is only one name in the game. Sabai Thai in The Lanes can offer the best of Thai cuisine from their location in Princes House, just off North Street and perfectly placed for those visiting The Royal Pavilion, and those who make the journey will be met with a menu that takes in the very best of the country. While they have the classics of the Thai culinary genre – curries, stir-fries, soups and salads – we’d go straight for the set menus that are built around the various regions of Thailand. Choose a representative selection from the North, close to Burma, the South and the islands, the North East interior regions close to the border with Laos or a full on Bangkok special. Book a table and try them out: they’re one of the best Thai restaurant in Brighton, so make sure that you reserve ahead of time to ensure that you snag a seat.
Great food, service and atmosphere as always! We keep coming back as we love it so much. Would suggest you book as it's normally busy.
Eaten here several times and introduced it to friends and family. Lovely atmosphere, excellent food and wine. Service is attentive and friendly. Had shared platter to start followed by masssaman chicken curry and sticky rice.
One of my favourite Brighton restaurants - really central location just off North Street, and lots of options available for vegetarians and vegans. If you don't mind taking off your shoes, ask to sit in the raised area with the floor cushions!
