Another amazing visit, sushi was lovely, great choice and everything beautifully presented. Hot food was hot, and again so much choice. Everything arrived so smoothly, no waiting around at all. Staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble, they were happy to give suggestions if you are in doubt. Cannot wait for next time.

Always enjoy a visit to Sakura, good food, good value, very good service - tempura prawns were excellent.

It really pains me to be disappointed with Sakura as I've eaten there a bunch of times and it's been great, but todays meal was bad. All of the dishes were tepid (except for the tempura, but obviously that had to be cooked) and even the miso soup had no flavour. I hope it's not a trend.

Good as they followed instructions about separate bills. Tasty food. No paper towels in toilets so nothing to wipe hands on a very cold day !! Need a hand dryer or paper roll/ towels. Unfortunately, the outer door to the storage are was left open propped by a barrel and created a draft for the people at the end of our table . Restaurant was a bit chilly today and leaving that door open.didn't help

Firstly, I would like to say that the food is delicious, and the table service was great. However, it is always so cold in there, you have to eat with your coat on in the cooler months, especially at lunch service. On first impression, someone had been sick right in front of the restaurant entrance, but instead of getting a bucket of water and a brush to sweep it away, customers were left to step in it. You couldn't miss it, there was a lot of it! It wasn't as if the restaurant was busy! The staff are hanging around near the entrance! No fault of the restaurant, I'm sure, but really.... make a better impression for your customers, Sakura, because it was extremely off-putting! Another point to mention, the staff are always quite friendly until it's time to pay. You can see the change in their attitude when they don't get a tip!

The staff are very bust, but the service is still good and are very responsive and friendly, the food is lovely and I cannot recommend this place highly enough, absolute pleasure, thank you Sakura!

Everything arrived together, except for the gyoza which came right at the end. Sushi & tempura were good. Main courses were underwhelming. Beef dish was gloopy, donburi wasn't great, fukodon was poor.
