Food was delicious and served quickly after ordering. The staff were attentive and friendly. Restaurant was very clean and tidy and didn't need to book as there were tables available.

Great service as always. Returned after my last booking and was just as professional. I have since recommended to colleagues looking for a nice place for a business lunch.

Very nice visit and enjoyed the food , wine and meeting Luigi again . The upstairs location is very good to have a decent conversation with friends or clients .

Tasty food and excellent service, I had Pappardelle wild boar and it was outstanding, very good selection of Italian wine, tiramisu like mamma made it!!! Real Italian restaurant. Worth trying it.

The atmosphere is not a romantic one more sports bar. Loud televisions at both ends of the restaurant with Sky sport channels on. The music played over the sounds of the TV's was just pointless. Salotto31 is a very pricey place with average food. The staff were hit and miss and as for the manager very arrogant. If this food establishment was not in the city of London where you have many office with people who will just "make do" it would definitely close. The management of 5-7 months have a chance to turn things around and understand the day clientele is not the same as the evening and should work on getting the mood right before its too late.
