I normally love this this restaurant have had many great meals there. But... Went tonight with my children, waited over an hour for our food (loads of takeaway going out the door in the meantime). My Chicken chili masala eventually arrived with 3 very small pieces of chicken, I showed the waiter and he said he would bring another dish, which he did. But why serve that to me in the first place. The chef knew exactly what left his kitchen. Hugely disappointed, our first meal out as a family since the start of lockdown.

Asked for all dishes to be served in one go. No starters just a main meal. After 30 minutes one starter only was served and we had to wait for another 40 minutes for the rest of the meal to be served.

The staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was great.

We tried the rest in Worthing but the Shaan is clearly the best! This place is hard to beat. The choice on the Menu is really good and this is matched by the reality of really tasty food, well presented. Why would I now want to look elsewhere?

A great place for an evening meal. Service always good, very welcoming and the food is excellent.

Food excellent. Service and waiting time painful. We did book but no tables reserved. Table had to be organised on arrival. Toilets need to be checked during service as floors wet. Takeaways as with most Indian Restaurants take priority over dinners but dinners normally spend twice as much money. Disappointed as going out for a meal should be enjoyable especially on special occasions.

Had a very tasty meal here. Nice atmosphere and plenty of space. Also had a complementary brandy at the end which was a nice touch.

Very good overall.I main dish was missing but was brought out after a short delay.The complimentary Baileys at the end of the meal was a nice touch.

Second time of visiting Shaan and the welcome, service and food couldn't be faulted. Not too adventurous as we didn't stray too far from 'traditional' meals but all were excellent. Friendly staff made for a great night out.
