Excellent customer service alongside delicious food shapes a unique buffet experience. The variety in food is quite diversified ranging from Italian to Asian cuisine. Would definitely recommend.

It’s always clean and food generally very good and it was. Asked to sit somewhere quite, seemed hesitant and no glasses on the table. Dosa was fab, bit slow to take the order. Good selection but a few morevege curries needed

Had a great time, staff so friendly and service was excellent. Food was excellent great variety of choice for all ages, kids loved the choc fountain so did the adults! Not a great deal of sweet dishes but non the less great. I would 100% recommended to friends and family and definitely will be back. Thanks alot Shahi Masala for your hospitality :)

Well lit and spacious place. Food just ok...nothing so over d top....didn’t live up to the advertised hype on Unity fm. The pakoras were cold and not much variety of continental dishes. The chicken wings weren’t properly done...think it was just dipped in some colouring to give it the buffalo wings look.. Though tried one of the lamb curries, was nice! Also had enough of parking so that might make me consider coming back

The staff were quite rude and shouting at other kids.. Food was okay, not really all that. I don’t think I would go there again

This is the second time to visit . First time was fantastic. It was freezing cold and guy said yes boiler is too small and we got new one. I think this is untrue as you know the size of your restaurant. Food was ok. I won’t go again in the winter .

The food at Shahi Masala was great, I had been a couple of times during the lunch time and enjoyed it so I tried the evening menu with my family and wasn’t disappointed. Great food great place

Really good experience and lovely food. Only thing i didnt like was the chocolate fountain not being monitored as people were sticking there fingers in it and kids climbing all over the counter.

Nice option of foods. Not too spicey and freshly cooked. The price is good as well because unimited drinks are included in the price.Fantastic place.

This was a works Christmas get together and we had a fabulous time. Food was hot, and lovely. Venue is very clean and bright, staff friendly and booking online was so easy. Lots of food choices to suit all.

I am sorry to say that. Food taste is not good. Its not worth to go. Stater is liitel bit ok but main course is totally taste less.

Food was excellent, can’t believe how much choice there was. We went at 7pm and was really busy and I can understand why. Staff constantly collecting from tables, our water was automatically refilled when the bottle was empty, and food was monitored closely and replenished when needed. We will definitely be going back here

Food was very spicy or bland, chops were under cooked, Chinese food too much soya sauce, all the Indian sweets were big disappointment considering it’s a Indian restaurant and nan bread was so tough it felt like we are chewing on leather. The only things were good are the cheese chicken kebab and dosa.
