Perfect every time polite welcoming food always hot very attentive

Very busy on Friday evening but the food and service was very good as usual. Staff very efficient and friendly. A very pleasant evening. Would recommend this restaurant.

THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS AT HAND. THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT AND VERY TASTY. REALLY ENJOYED OUR EVENING AND WAS GOOD VALUE ALSO

The food was excellent and the menu choices were plentiful. We went on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was very busy, including serving take-away customers. The waiters all worked really hard and were extremely polite.

Great food and the staff are lovely, I enjoy going there. They have a very good menu which is priced ok and great wine. Love it

Food as ever was very good but we were kept waiting over 30 minutes for our table which to me is unacceptable although in my opinion they could have moved some tables along a bit quicker

This was my first visit to the Shaon the food was lovely the staff were great and all in all we had a great night.

Always warmly greeted. Wonderful customer service and fabulous food. There is nothing too much trouble for all the staff. Families are always welcome and our children are always treated really well too.

Great food, great service, would recommend to everyone to try, you will not be disappointed. Nice gesture of a free drink of your choice at end of the meal.

Absolutely delicious food and excellent service. I couldn't wait to go here and it was worth the excitement. I'd recommend Shaon to anyone and planning my next visit already

Delicious food and a great atmosphere. Only reason not to get full marks was the lack of attentiveness after we had finished our main course, other than that it was lovely.

Great service, tasty food and good atmosphere. They go above and beyond to make sure we have what we need. I never go out for curry anymore as can’t eat onion and garlic. These guys will do me anything on the menu without it! What’s not to love?! We’ll be back lots more I suspect

Excellent, efficient and friendly service. Food was plentiful and the dishes were so delicious that we decided to share. This is the best Indian we have tried by far.

Excellent food and service, little bit frenetic as we went early and there were a lot of young families. having said that great to see young children in an Indian restaurant

We had a lovely meal of prawn bhuna, the prawns were king size and delicious. The waiters were polite and attentive. Reasonably priced with a good wine list. A nice evening out, will go back definitely.

Superb from the minute we arrived well looked after food was fantastic and the service was great.The staff were very friendly and i will definitely return their soon.I would say on a rating of 10 out of 10 i would give it 11 !!!!

A meal for 4 on a Wednesday evening fairly busy with one large party of 10 or 12 and a few smaller groups. Nice ambience Excellent food and friendly service. The lamb damask was amazingly tender.

Great restaurant with very attentive, helpful staff. They will do vegetarian options of everything but this isn't stated on the menu. It would be good if they could do this.

When we arrived the table was not ready, but after wait and a table was available the normal very enjoyable food and good service followed.

Always great traditional Indian served here ,good service pleasant and friendly atmosphere, never had a bad meal , in over 15 years , thoroughly recommend
