The food was brilliant, but it was a noisy tonight. Will definitely return regularly and also enjoy ourselves with each new dish.

Was again excellent. Booked table online was hassle free. Staff all very attentive food beautifully cooked by far best curry I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend

As always brilliant meet, great and seat on arrival. Smiles from the Shapla team are genuine and welcoming. Food for the four of us was good as always, hot, tasty and good portions. Shame that two customers were vaping at their tables with no concern for other diners but Shapla team were aware and reacted accordingly. BYOB make a meal out more affordable if only all restaurants did this as it makes the overall price ideal for

Wonderful restaurant. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. The food was amazing. Very tasty. The best we have had out. We have shared this with friends as it is a special place to go especially if you have a birthday celebration. 🥰🎉

Our visit to Shapla was very enjoyable. Food, service, decor and cleanliness was exceptional. Only downside is the noise level when busy becomes a little uncomfortable and conversation is difficult.

At 6pm the restaurant was already almost full! Despite this, we were served promptly and there was no wait for our meal. The menu is interesting and different from a lot of Indian restaurants; the food was delicious (as on our previous visit). The staff are lovely. It was a little noisy but then it was a busy Saturday night. They deserve to do well.

Beautifully decorated. Nice, relaxing atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Would be good to have the pancake with the prawn puri/chicken chat and a bigger portion of rice for the price! Lovely meal though.

We love to visit Shapla, so convenient and just a short walk from home. Having eaten Indian style curries all over the world, must say Shapla is excellent and right up there with the very best. The food is authentic and delicious, fresh ingredients, an extensive menu, always served piping hot on hot plates and the service is friendly and accommodating. Excellent value for money especially as you BYO alcoholic drinks. Cannot fault anything and wish the delightful owners Emad and Syeeda every success. Excellent!

Fantastic place beautifully decorated Small and rather noisy as place was full Constant people coming in and out ( we were by the door so a little chilly each time for opened) Food was AMAZING Would def go back again and maybe have a later sitting so wouldn’t feel rushed
