Food was excellent as always. Being rather deaf, I'm sensitive to noise levels. We were given a table in the quietest part of the room, as requested, so it wasn't as uncomfortable as it could have been in other areas. However, it's a small restaurant and we were packed in like sardines! Feeding the diners, as well as doing deliveries and takeaways, inevitably increased waiting times. Our visit was 7pm on a Saturday evening, which is probable the busiest time of the week, so we'll stick to deliveries in future (always spot on time with those) or visit weekday early evening.

First time I've been since under new ownership. Decor nice and felt less crowded. Menu varied, not overpriced, and everyone in party enjoyed their food. Downside was the noise levels that made conversation difficult. The restaurant was quite busy and had a couple of big parties. They weren't boisterous but with nothing to dampen the loud talking was irksome. As too was the fact the final bill included a £10.00 corkage charge, which I wasn't aware of. When queried I was told it was advertised. I have since checked and am unable to find a mention. I accept they are entitled to charge, but consider it essential customer is aware at time of booking. Despite this I would recommend restaurant.

Excellent food and service , king prawns were huge and delicious

Consistently good food. Served by friendly helpful staff. Some interesting speciality dishes for those wishing to stray from the usual fare. The sauce and king prawns in my Dhansak were perfect. Our entire party of 10 were delighted.

Beautiful modern interior! Food was amazing! Naan bread light fluffy and not greasy. All four different curries were amazing flavour with beautiful spicing! Very clean venue! This will be our new favourite place to eat!

Fabulous food as always. Service slow. We 4 arrived at 5pm as booked, water and wine glasses provided for our BYOB, but we were not asked for our food order until 6pm, even though we were the only ones in the restaurant.
