A mixed salad of fresh tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, onions, peppers, green chilli, coriander, sprinkled with crushed black pepper, rock salt, and a fresh lemon and olive oil dressing.
Murghi Tikka
Tikka of chicken dipped in aromatic cumin, marinated, grilled in the tandoor and then finished on “Dum“ served with fresh green salad with our own home made dip.
Aloo Tikki
Deep fried potato cakes stuffed with, moong dall, corn flour, Cardamoms, pepper, hing, tempered peethi of peas and served with Contrasting dips and chutneys.
Salmon Ka Tikka
Chunks of pink Scottish salmon gently marinated in dill, fennel and ginger with a trace of mustard oil, then roasted on the Sigri.

Murghi Makhani Malai
Resplendent oven grilled chicken, cured in a star anise scented marinade, cooked with cardamoms and a delicately spiced creamy sauce with a sprinkling of mace and a scent of fenugreek. Ideal for those who prefer mild rich curries.

Our own recipe for Rogan Goshe, chunks of lamb “Dum“ cooked in there own cardamom tinged juices, hari mirch, cashew nuts, Shimla Mirch and finished with fresh coriander.
Tikhey Jhinghey (King Prawns)
King prawns cooked in tomato and onion masala, garnished with mixed herbs and coriander. (Medium Hot)
