What am absolutely fantastic restaurant. Terrific, authentic Indian food. Nothing like the greasy, oily, salty rubbish that you normally get. Delicately cooked, subtle flavours, authentic recipes. Bring your own bottle of wine or beer. Charning staff. Lovely experience. Can't wait to return. And only two mins walk from Borough tube station!

I'm not often in London, but every time I visit I come here with friends. It's a lovely intimate atmosphere and the food is absolutely first class. I recommend it frequently. Fantastic that you can bro too

Didn’t realise it was a BYOB, so couldn’t get a Cobra with my meal. Service was OK (I suspect it was day 1 for the waiter), food was average, Chicken Jalfrazie was very tomato sauce based, dried chilli and not a lot of chicken. On a positive note, Nan bread was excellent.

This place used to be amazing but then they changed their prices and menu and now aren't the same :-( Sad as it used to be so nice!

Lovely evening, booked in advance - necessary as it was filled all evening, very attentive staff, relaxed atmosphere, tasted curries and BYOB - what else is needed?

Brilliant meal and lovely service, the dossa was the best that I have eaten in the UK. We had 3 different main course and all were excellent. Advise booking as very busy.

Our family of 3 dined at Simply Indian last evening. The service was welcoming and professional. The atmosphere is warm and cozy and the food was very good. The papadum were warm, the dhosa was fantastic, the spicy duck samosas were delicious. The menu offers food from different regions in India that are not normally seen in the US and that was a delightful change. The price incredibly reasonable too. Go and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Nice small place - byob so easy on the pocket too. Only thing is that this is the second place in this area where the bathroom facility is through the kitchen however having said that it is all clean and staff are very polite and helpful. Food was tasty and was good value.

Small but well formed. Great food and good service. A refreshing menu not the average Indian well worth a visit. Its a bring your own but Tesco's is just around the corner so you can easily get the right drink to accompany the great food.

Really nice authentic South Indian food, definitely not your typical British curry house! Have been here several times and will definitely be going back! A+++

Menu has changed since the last time I was there. I've been going since 2010 and the food was distinctly average this time around. Service was friendly and attentive but our order was delivered incorrectly which almost resulted in a vegetarian eating lamb. Due to this we received our main dishes at different times. No compensation offered for this mistake.

excellent dishes with bring your own wine, £20 per head. Always get excellently cooked fresh dishes here, contemporary asian music, and good service. A long standing fave.
