Restaurant has been closed by the Council so didn't get to eat at Sinatras in the end. I went there a few weeks ago aot was a lovely experience.
Always love this place, one of my favourites. Staff and food as lovely as ever. Thank you everyone. Food was delicious, service was impeccable. Lovely time had by all :)
Great food, warm friendly staff, would go again, well recommend, very quick service time but that could be due to it not being busy, value for money
Excellent customer service and cocktails! Lovely restaurant and a great atmosphere, menu caters to everyone's needs and the staff were lovely even though it was very busy, will definitely go again.
The restaurant was very nice & food was lovely but I had to keep my coat on due to a cold draft from the air con above.
Absolutely fantastic food and really lovely service. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a delicious meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Would just say the wait between starters and mains was a little extended, though I expect this was as we visited on Mother's Day.
In the above points table I'm presuming that SIX is the best? Is that correct? My first visit to Sinatras - excellent and top marks!
Love this place. Been here a few times now, always refreshing the menu's and they always serve great food At Sinatra's, do recommend this place.
The waiter kept getting food and drink orders wrong, the atmosphere was minimal, and the portion sizes were different for each meal. Wine prices high in comparison to food.
We were the only people in the restaurant so the atmosphere was lacking. The olive and bread starter was disappointing, I was expecting some variation of artisan type break but it was just white sliced. The main courses were all fine and the two girls working there were very pleasant and made you feel welcome
Restaurants is lovely and the food was great but service was very slow to say how few people were in. Would I go again, yes if they can sort the service out.
Quality of food was disappointing, the leak and potatoes soup was bland and the pork belly hasn't been cooked long enough. The staff where polite, restaurant was clean and the range of drink on offer excellent.
Everything was spot on, waiting staff were charming and helpful with recommendations, food was great, overall a very good choice. Would certainly book here again.
Very poor. The starter, which I thought would be hot bread and olives, was cold bread off a kingsmill loaf. When I ask the waitress to return it, I wasn't offered an alternative. The restaurant was loud, the staff looked very unhappy to be there and were scruffy, the food was average at best, over priced and I've had better meals at Weatherspoons. Avoid at all costs!!
Steak was over cooked and when sent back took over half an hour for a fresh one. Sea trout ordered and salmon was served without any comment.
Average, slow service but friendly staff. Asked for fillet steak medium well but this came out very well. So much so it was burnt. I wouldn't visit again.
Nice food and lovely staff, however we did feel a little rushed after you'd finished the last mouthful the next course was quickly brought out.
A lovely atmosphere and decor. Good choice of food and drinks. Friendly helpful staff. Greeted and seated promptly. Meal not rushed. Will definitely go again.
Overall the evening was good and we enjoyed the meal but my mains choice was a little disappointing. Braised ox cheek. Rather bland and fatty I'm afraid and a little bit cool, as though the dish had been allowed to stand that little bit too long.
The food was excellent and the service was good too. Not pushy or rushing. Would certainly go back for a second visit. Would definitely recommend
Lovely time here. Table for 2 at 7pm. Had the duck. Delightful.
Excellent food and service, and such a great atmosphere. Will definitely return. Food was cooked to perfection and the wine recommendations from the waitress were spot on!
Enjoyable meal, pre theatre menu slightly shy on choice but knew what its was beforehand so had selection in mind. Would go back again for main menu.
Lovely atmosphere but the food was disappointing. We weren't even asked if everything was ok with our meals. And then they forgot our coffees with our deserts. Not the best.
The food was nice and tasty and service was good. Was disappointing for a Saturday night to have three main course options not available and then to be told no sorbet for dessert....how do you run out of sorbet?! Anyway, will still come back as always decent food and good value for money.
Brilliant service and lovely food! The 'pre theatre' menu was lovely with a good mix of food so there was something for everyone and it was excellent value for money!
Food was poor, the whole experience didn't live up to the hype we had been given about how good it was. Service was fine however but scant consolation.
Restaurant cold food good but small portions did not feel it was value for money
We had a business lunch this afternoon and really enjoyed the food. The service was fab and at a good pace. Good location and ambience inside. Reasonably priced.
Really nice meal - good service. Only criticism was that there was slightly too much whipped goats cheese and not enough courgettes in my starter. Other than that we had an enjoyable time in smart sirroundings.
Really enjoyed the evening, very friendly and the food and cocktails were excellent. After dinner it was also a good atmosphere in the bar area.
Would have been 6 but the music was too loud. Food was great, service was good - don't like to have to shout to be heard across the table!
Awful food. Sent back main dish twice and had to pick another. Picked mussels as thought fast to cook to catch up with others. Very gritty as though not rinsed. Salmon fish cake starter blandest I'd ever tasted. Don't order ice cream. The strawberry tasted like they'd found it at bottom of freezer. Friend who eats anything even left his! Ordered a lemonade that I used to put in some wine was given carbonated water. Wasted the wine. Total meal was a total disaster. Avoid and go across the road to las iganas instead.
Great Saturday night out, good service, friendly staff, good atmosphere and great value for money with lovely food, would recommend for evening dinner or pre theatre as well as lunch, will defintely visit again
Food was excellent. Asked for custard with sticky toffee pudding, told don't normally have custard but chef kindly made some for us. Excellent customer service
Really good food - amazing breadboard, lots of big thick bread! Great service. Not too expensive either. We will definitely be going back. Highly recommended!
Had a lovely meal tonight. Gin Garden cocktail and belly pork starter were especially delicious. Staff were very helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend and will be visiting again soon.
Thoroughly enjoyable meal had at Sinatra's. An evening of good food, good wine and good service was experienced. Definitely plan to return in the future.
The free cocktail on arrival ( Wednesday special ) was a welcome surprise. Service was friendly and efficient. Salmon was a little overdone but the four starters and mains were well presented and tasty. Good 'bistro' type atmosphere.
Good atmosphere being a bar and restaurant. The Scallops and steak were lovely and cooked perfectly! Would definitely pay it another visit sometime soon :)!
