Lovely food , service and atmosphere We had a great time Well looked after

long time to get served. and brought only half a meal had to wait for sides for ages. why not just bring the full meal out

Having looked at the reviews I booked my friend in for lunch with high expectations. However I was disappointed with having to wait nearly an hour for our food. Although I enjoyed mine my friend didn't. She felt it was rather bland and didn't enjoy it.

Sadly not the best meal we’ve had. Erratic service with a full restaurant. Some cold food, some overcooked food and some forgotten food. Main plate dish not available. Disappointing. Waitresses were run off their feet.

Lovely atmosphere, food average, veg and rice were overcooked, my skewer was cooked at one end not the other, overall a nice evening.

A fab place to eat and the flaming sausage for starters is entertainment in itself !

This is my 3rd visit to Skewer House & they do delicious food! The ribeye skewer & the Homemade Skin on Chips are to die for! Slightly spoilt this visit though. I ordered my usual Chorizo Sausage for starter but because the rest of my party had not been before, the waitress decided to cook our sausages at the table for us. When she said they were cooked, she put them on a plate with the forks still in the sausages. I cut a piece of sausage, stabbed it with the fork & put it in my mouth! I burnt my lips on the fork! I think it would be good if the waitresses took the fork used to cook with away & maybe put a little warning on the menu or table. Apart from that, loved everything else & will return soon.

Excellent food as always, service was good. It was a bit of a wait but it is fresh food and it was busy so I e lecture this and it is no problem for me at all. We were a little cramped on our table as there were 6 of us but we managed. Overall a good night with tasty food, thank you Skewer House!

Lovely food and good service, only criticism is they could do with new plates as they were a little chipped. However will come again soon as the food is delicious

Lovely meal the quality of the skewers was wonderful. We recommend the Nutella cheesecake so save some room for that too!!!

Excellent value for money really enjoyed the food not our first visit hopefully not our last. Already trying to make up a party of8 for next time.

I did get cold sat near the door but enjoyed the experience.

The food was amazing & such good value for money. The service we received was lovely and the waitresses were very attentive and helpful explaining the menu options.

In fairness we were late but there were problems with the service! However the restaurant did amend the bill downwards for which we were very grateful.
