The food and location were great. The waitress was a bit sullen and it seems they were short staffed due to holiday. Some of the orders were missing items (Fish and chips missing the chips?!) but this was fixed swiftly.

Great restaurant, there where 8 of use and all agreed that the food and service was excellent. Will definitely go back. Sit out side and watch the boats go by. :-)

Friendly and attentive staff. It's nice to know you are being expected and that effort is being put to make your experience an excellent one.

Very nice setting but a little too pricey. Lunch bill for 2 was £84 for main, dessert and couple of drinks. Place was extremely quiet, only a few diners in there. If they reduced prices I'm sure they would fill it at lunchtime.

Service nice food plain. When explain the pork belly wasn't a cut from belly the waitress , new in job, didn't discuss with kitchen but manage had discounted dish by 25%. Food bland at best. Would avoid unless its beers only.

This is an excellent venue when a location is needed just a few minutes walk from the station. We had lunch there and food and service were both fine.

The ribs were soooooo dry. The steak was like leather. Nice setting and clean venue but food and service was just appalling I wouldn't go back.

Took 35 mins for food to come. After the meal, no-one came to clear the plates or ask if we would like coffee or tea.

Good service, food fine, good value for money. a bit noisy if you're looking to have a discussion over dinner. In general a good experience

Great spot to meet, easy to find from Hammersmith & Coty Line end of Paddington concourse. Nice selection of beers and snacks, friendly staff. We had charcuterie plate, chicken skewers and prawns, all good.

Good food... good service... reasonable price - nice ambience - better place for lunch than dinner during the week due to post work crowding... a solid 4/5

The enviroment was nice yet we were sat by a wall in the corner where there was no atmosphere around us, felt like we were eating at home and not a restaurant. 3 different waiters/waitresses came over one by one to try and take orders yet the drinks took over 15 minutes to arrive. A quick look at the bar and to see the bar staff having a good old laugh with neither of our drinks served (glass of wine and a lager), having been a general manager of a bar and restaurant for 3 years, these would have been free, yet all we got was "oh I didn't add the service charge because of the wait". Service is discretionary anyway so I don't understand what appology that was. The food was lovely, starters were nice and the parfait gorgeous. The ravioli was gorgeous and my burger was delightful! It's difficult to find a good mojito and ours were really well made! Just a shame with the drinks and the way it was handled! Once I paid we went and sat down in the main bar and the atmosphere was great. Really disappointed you shoved us in a corner when the restaurant was not busy! Will come back but, only for a drink at the bar I think

A good quality bar and grill. Food was good as was the service, and all at a reasonable price. Good ambience in a quiet and tasteful location by the canal.

Excellent service, with food that was of a high standard and very tasty. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the pasta excellent. Very welcoming restaurant.

Menu too long and service took a while, but the sea bass was very good. Sticky toffee pudding was dry, but above expectations for price

I was very impressed with my food. I enjoyed every mouthful. My partner found that his burger was slightly on the small side and maybe could've come with a another side other than just a small portion of chips. Other than that a great meal! Enjoyed every mouthful!!!

We had a nice family lunch here with 11 people, the server was attentive and everyone seemed happy with the food. Only negative feedback was that about half of the hamburgers were cold, maybe they were trying to serve them all at the same time and some grew cold waiting for the other food to come out.

Delicious meal, lovely service. It cost us £50 for 2 for a splendid dinner, much recommended! We had fish and chips and a steak, perfectly cooked and juicy. For dessert we shared an apple tart, very nice a quite Christmassy taste with cinnamon.

I had the veal Milanese with mixed green salad, which was very tasty. The menu has a good variety to cater for every taste. Nice venue as well.

Great restaurant and atmosphere! I enjoy the happy hour and great place to stop by for a drink, or to have dinner on the patio facing the river.

Service was excellent as was the main course, unfortunately let down by the dessert which we had to send back for being dry/overcooked. A new dessert was bought out but not much better. Would go back just wouldn't have the sticky toffee pudding!

Inappropriate greeting and dreadful service. Upon arriving at the restaurant we were greeted in a very informal manor and seated in a distant corner whilst the entire restaurant was empty. We had incorrectly assumed it had been booked out. Our service was dreadful and uninviting. The restaurant was approximately 20% full and we had to find the waitress on at least 3 occasions. Service was automatically added to the bill and we did not query this due to our clients being present. On the plus side our food was of a good standard. We will not be visiting again.

Friendly service and well presented, well cooked food made for a pleasant evening. A good but not too long a choice of mains. The puddings were particularly good.

It was disappointing. The food and the service were not good. The battered in my fish & chips was under cooked. The staff did not appear friendly, they looked fed up.

Space/décor felt a bit bland and lacking soul; music helped. Nice food (although not outstanding and could be better /more fully described on the menu) and friendly service.
