I rang to check they could deal with my food intolerances to gluten and lactose - they were great and adapted the menu to suit my needs. There were three generations dining together and they met all of out needs. Our server was delightful and couldn't be more helpful and knew the menu well. The guy on the till could have been more friendly - no eye contact and a little abrupt. That said we had a fabulous time, we weren't rushed on, loved our food, facilities were clean and would definitely recommend it.

First time at smoke stop and the first thing we noticed friendly staff ..in a very pleasant restaurant and food was great didn’t disappoint and portion size was very good.. and value for money for a family of 4 ... definitely go again👍

An hour for food to arrive after ordering. Cold, dry and hard meat, but management insist on arguing that it is normal and what you should expect as they are not a fast food restaurant! When table checked we said the food was below average, got a grumpy sorry and nothing more was said, however, we are the ones who are unreasonable for expecting a discount on the meal.

Lovely food however service very slow and the staff seem very unorganized. We were made to change tables after being sat for around an hour which was no problem but then had to wait another hour for food.

Came for our sons 21st last night as he loves it here, group of 7 of us. Couldn’t fault it. Great service, friendly staff and great food. None of us could finish our mains as we were all stuffed from the starters. Thanks for a good night

The food here was really tast., Served on large trays it does not look like much food but it really us enough (no room for desert). The wait for food to arrive was disappointing (50 minutes) but good once it arrived.

Lovely service, lovely food. The only thing to let it down was the cleanliness of the seating area. We had to get the server to come and clean a wall which was next to our table.

Food and venue was lovely. However the service was very slow. The smoke stop could do with a few more team members. We waited for a good 25 minutes before someone came to take our order. When it was time to leave they did reduce the bill as we had advertised them on the Facebook page to get discount. They then discounted more for our wait time. Other than that lovely food and setting. Proper American Diner🤗

Food was good, service seemed a little slow on this occasion tho and we were left having to ask for someone to take our dessert order, as it was my daughters birthday didn’t want to make a scene but it was also getting later

Arrived for 8.30pm booking, taken to table. 20mins to take order then 30mins before starters came out, then another 30mins after for mains, wasnt that busy after starters so couldn't understand delay. When mains came out 1 was wrong which was rectified Overall food was excellent but service bit of a let down.

The food was good & tasty, although there was no beef rib or beef brisket available, which was also the case when we dined on the previous occasion, which was a shame. Also the music was slightly too loud & it was difficult to have a conversation with my group.

I was very disappointed with our experience here!! We waited over an hour to receive our food order!! To then be told that they had run out of pulled pork by 7:30 pm so ordered something else!! and when it did arrive it was horrendous the slaw tasted like stagnant water!! And the meat was burnt an tough with no taste and for the price of £16 for that I was extremely unimpressed with the portion size!! I don’t think think we will be returning to this place very gutted as was looking forward to it

Great music and service. Portions and quality of food was good value for money. Also had the best milkshake (made with ice cream) I've had for a while! Buffalo wings are a must 👌

Friendly helpful staff, nothing was to much trouble even let us taste the different beers to see which one we want will definitely be going back

Took 30 mins after we ordered to tell us there was no hot dogs, over all we waited 1hour 25mins for our food. Was only given a 20%off the bill. This is the 3rd visit and every time you haven’t had hotdogs. Also no cheese sauce?!

Booked a table for 6 o clock told one wasn't ready so have to wait and they would get us drinks. 20 minutes before we got our drinks and another 15 minutes till we got a table. We thought at least the food is really nice as has been before. But it wasn't nice wings horrible and undercooked. Food cold and not enough for the price. Won't be going again.
