Excellent service, great variety on the menu and good food, they have specials board with some good twists on classic Italian dishes. We will be recommending it to friends

Lovely atmosphere. Food was very nice and the waiter attentive. The only down side was that once we had finished are main we were then offered tea or coffee and told our table would be needed in ten minutes. We had been there an hour and a quarter and were not told that we had to give the table back at a certain time. We would have certainly had dessert had we not had to leave. It was our first visit and my parents were staying and they were dissapointed by the experience as up until that point we had all throughly enjoyed it.

Lovely atmosphere, great service and tasty food! Would definitely recommend as always guaranteed a lovely meal and an enjoyable evening out at Spaghetti Tree, Sutton.

Shockingly bad customer service, as soon as we walked in the waiters said we had to leave after an hour even though we booked it and arrived on time because they had booked the table an hour later for someone else. Waiters were in a bad mood throughout the dinner and felt rushed! Waiters even put bill on table without request. Would not recommend! Had a horrible experience.

Had another great evening at the Spaghetti Tree, good food and good company looking forward to going back early December, get in quick this restaurant gets booked quickly!

Our favourite local restaurant; you always get a warm welcome, great service and scrumptious food. Really lovely Christmas decoration up at the moment too :)

Fantastic customer service and delicious food!! Would highly recommend this lovely little restaurant. The place is small, but it didn't feel over crowded and had a good atmosphere.

Good atmosphere & welcoming staff on arrival. Prompt service for drinks. Persuaded to take one of the 'special' starters. This turned out to be a mistake, consisting of mainly a slice of bread - not good value at all. The whitebait starter from the menu was fine. Both main courses were good, and fair value for money. Service was prompt & good.

Good food, nicely cooked and presented. Extensive menu. Good portions and great service. This was our second visit and we will definitely be returning. fairly good wines at reasonable prices.

This was our second visit to the restaurant and once again the food and service was excellent. The waiters gave us the value of their opinions and we weren't disappointed. We all took our starter from the specials board and our mains from the main menu. The four was freshly cooked and delicious.

Been using this restaurant for years, lovely food, very good value, and the staff are brilliant. Never had any complaint of any sort here. Cannot fault anything 10/10

Great, friendly service! The restaurant called to confirm the reservation. The waiters were very attentive and offered an excellent wine recommendation. The menu had lots of vegetarian choices and the food was delicious.

We have been regular visitors to The Spaghetti Tree in Sutton for many years. Our most recent visit was superb as always, our meals were fresh & very tasty, & the service excellent. The best restaurant for miles around !!

Excellent food, not overly expensive (£20 per head for two courses and coffee), fantastic service, delicious food, conveniently located. Will be recommending to friends and taking my girlfriend there again!

Went for a girly lunch where we were too busy chatting to be able to order quickly however the waiters were very patient and very helpful with suggestions. All in all a great experience.

After a 50-minute wait for food we were largely ignored, not asked how our meal was or offered more drinks. Food was excellent, service was very poor, especially as the table next to us received loads of attention because they had a young child. Our drinks were more or less finished before the food arrived because of the lengthy wait. We were expecting to eat fairly promptly as we'd already been told the table would be needed again by 8.30pm and we arrived at 7pm. Wouldn't go again. Shame.

Décor, food and general ambience were very good. Portion size was extremely generous. Service was pretty good. The only complaint is that the singer performing on the Friday I visited was far too loud. It made conversing with my date (First date) rather difficult. I'd definitely recommend the restaurant for a romantic evening out.

Food is lovely although the tables are too tightly packed in. Lighting is reduced to the point you struggle to read the menu. Overall well worth a visit though.

No review unfortunately. After booking online with you the restuarant rang and said they were sorry but they were fully booked. Won't be using you again.

Excellent food, great service. Brilliant experience is your a massive fan of Italian food. Will defiantly be going back for more. Prices are of a very good standard for what your getting.

The food was very enjoyable and extremely friendly staff. We were very happy with the whole experience and would definitely eat there again in the future.

This was our second visit to spaghetti tree,the food is second to none...the only downside to this visit was one of the waiters was rushing around,missed taking our complete orders for the starters,in my opinion there was no need to rush around as all the other staff were taking g their time and making conversations with customer's,it's a shame this 1 member of staff spoilt the night,but that said we will still return without a doubt

Superb food and outstanding service. Lovely atmosphere and great place for a romantice meal or an evening ou with friends. Always lots of great specials as well as a comprehensive menu.

You book a table then they phone and cancel it. Will not even bother to try and make a another one very poor customer service

excellent food and atmosphere, space a bit small but still seat comfortably, may not be good with kids. friendly waiters, will come back.
