My husband and I enjoyed the experience very much - we just felt the tables were too small and close together and the plates could perhaps have been slightly bigger. Other than that the service and food were impeccable 😊

It was way too busy and the staff were struggling to cope. As soon as we finished our starters, our mains were given to us, which was way too soon. The servers actually didn’t know which table the steaks were for and then decided they were ours, realising that we were still finishing our starters. My steak wouldn’t cook as the stone given was cold and had to go back. The noise levels were too high, along with the temperature. Very uncomfortable.

The steaks are excellent but... The tables are small and very close together, there's background musak making it difficult to hear, and the kitchen has no timing over food delivery. Steak arrives in front of one, then there's the choice to cook and eat it on its own or wait for the side dishes. If the latter, the cooking slab cools down; if the former, you're left with a plate of vegetables and nothing to go with. The serving staff do their best but there's too few of the senior ones to go round, and the minions (who just carry the food to where they're directed) know nothing. There may be times that they get it right but on last night's experience, not again, not for £50+ per head.

Food was fine. Overpriced and slow service. Not overly impressed. It is a great location if you’re looking for non-pub food in the area.

While I appreciate it was busy as hell and our waiter did his best I have to say our stone wasn’t the hottest! No sizzle or anything! It cooked the steak but took longer than should of! I didn’t complain coz it was sooo busy but not the best

The food was delicious but the service is really slow and not satisfactory.

Because of the way the food is served and prepared (customers cook the meat themselves) the room quickly filled with alot of smoke, which made it hard to breathe. Also the tables for two were really small so all of our plates couldn’t easily fit. Steak was really good though.

We were seated quickly however we didn’t get our food until over a hour and our sides were wrong and missing which was ridiculous considering it was a half cooked steak and chips. We were never asked if our meal was ok or we would like any more drinks, there was also no table water. I would not return to that particular steak and co.

Very good service , on time to place was reserved and respected,the meal was fine ,only one big issue, the steak came not hot enough, like he was left a bit more than needed on the counter. They should offer a solution for it ,and never did so.

The food, service and atmosphere was wonderful. Steak was delicious! The only thing that could have been better was the temperature inside the restaurant. It was very warm. A bit of air con wouldn't go a miss!

Es werden leider alle (!) Steaks 🥩 nur angebraten und mit einem heißen Stein serviert. Aus der Karte war das nicht ersichtlich. Man muss das Fleisch dann schneiden und selbst fertig brutzeln. Etwas nervig. Service und Beilagen ok.

Booked a table for 9 which was ready when we arrived (Friday evening) manager on duty recognized us and welcomed us back. Excellent waiter and food.,10/10 this time. Kevin

The quality of the food was a lot poorer than the other branches. It took a long time for the food to arrive and when it did arrive, the food was cold (steak, ribs, cod and chips), the butter for steak had melted and the steak was taken off the hot plate. The chicken in the chicken Alfredo was dry.
