We booked a table for a German meal out before a trip to Munich for Christmas. While the food was incredible (sausage and schnitzel platter) we were surprised to learn that there was a comedy night on. It was very loud and very noisy. But the beer and food were top notch.

Good atmosphere, great staff and some authentic German beers in steins made for a fun evening. Definitely need to go back to sample more of the food on offer.

All five of us enjoyed our meal. The portions were large and the prices reasonable. The house wine was good and so was the service.

The food was pleasant enough and the beers and cider tasty. Service could have been smilier! Not very busy but it was mid week lunch time. Maybe a better atmosphere in the evening.

Good atmosphere and nice staff. Table was dirty but the toilets were clean. The food was good although it wasn't real authentic German food. The spätzle, the fries and fried potatoes were too hard. The food was a bit too salty.

The service was great with friendly waitresses and even nicer managers. Food was good, simple but very filling. Fantastic beers, obviously! Entertainment was exciting with a jazz singer.

The beer and food were great and the waitress was excellent. I especially love the dark beer which I've never found in England. Being Saturday night it was just a little nosiy with a group of singing young men. I don't think this would be a problem on a week day or night. Will definitely visit again

Excellent service, Very polite and helpful staff, Lovely venue (very German). BUT !!! Very, Very disappointed that there was no sign of Jaeger or Zigeuner sauces for the lovely Shcnitzels. I would still go back though.
