Great flexibility by the host to accommodate our party needs. The food was wonderful and the staff very courteous! We would be happy to be back!! We had a great pre-theater dinner.

As ever, fabulous food. Promptly and courteously served. Gave us extra time when we wanted it and a quieter table as requested. Also spotted an exchange of gifts and brought a complementary dessert unbidden.

Food was delicious, the service of was variable. One was lovely and engaged and showed the kids how to use chopsticks. The rest were just doing their job. The lightening is too dim- difficulty reading the menu!

Food was not up to standard; broccoli dish was undercooked and pink alaska maki had a bitter taste. The server didn't do much after being told this. The whole meal was underwhelming which was a shock because it's usually a great dining experience.

Delicious food but the waiter quite cold and unwelcoming. Please pay attention to this because the prices are high so you want to get a good service

Brilliant in all senses- arrived exhausted from A long morning of site seeing in central London with two kids of different ages and the food was served quickly and with amazing presentation. They finished it in 15 minutes and were asking if we could come back again. The staff were lovely and helpful and explained the ingredients with a lot of passion. Everything tasted great too! Thank you so much!

I've been to other branches of the restaurant and was excited to show it some friends who were visiting town. I talked about the quiet and tranquil ambience but wasn't prepared to the noise of Covent Garden branch. I know the area is quite busy but the open space of the restaurant amplified the cantine-like atmosphere. Some tables remained dirty throughout our whole stay which amplifed the feeling of unruliness. The service was rushed and rehearsed, there was no effort to create any rapport or being nice. Nothing rude was said or done but the demeanour wasn't friendly. The waiters were really happy and chatty within each other, but when interacting with guests, the friendly smile was gone. Food was really good as always, as expected, the fish tasted fresh and anything fried was freshly done it. My friends said they liked the food, which is important, but I think I'll stick with other branches of Sticks and Sushi... farther from the maddening crowd.

Lovely staff working hard on a Sunday. Nice ambient setting at Covent Garden branch. Very quick service and good variety of sushi/ sashimi/ nigiri etc. only feedback is the individual sushi pieces were a bit on the skinny side compared to what I’m used to. Great night out anyway 😬

Lovely restaurant and such an easy and enticing menu to select from. At first we found the noise level a little high when we arrived, but soon fell into the vibe of the restaurant and dining experience. We certainly would return and highly recommend.
