Habe 2 Monate im Voraus reserviert, weil es ein Freitag Abend war. War sehr viel los und auch eine gute Lautstärke, aber da es ein großes Restaurant ist, kommt das schon mal vor. Mitarbeitende waren sehr nett, schnell und aufmerksam, haben sofort gefragt wenn etwas leer oder sonstiges war. Essen war gut, war für uns jetzt keine Geschmacksexplosion, aber gut und konnten es auf jeden Fall essen und auch genießen! Preise sind schon etwas höher, jedoch nicht viel mehr als in London sonst so. Wenn man lautere Lokale nicht mag, wird man dort nicht glücklich sein. Alles in allem hats sehr gut gepasst!

I've eaten here at least 10 times, but this trip was a disappointment. I had my normal chirashi deluxe. The fish was good, but the other ingredients tasted dry and stale. The rice was crunchy, the mushrooms tasted like they'd been cooked 3 days prior. Overall it was disappointing.

Nice atmosphere and setting. The sushi is worked but remains very expensive compared to the quality. In addition, the water carafe (still half full) was changed several times to charge us several times. The products are good but the customer approach lacks quality compared to the price demanded. I won't go back.

A usual spot, love the food and choice in the menu. However, I find the Sticks 'n' Sushi Soho restaurant exceptionally loud / noisy and the the chairs make a very loud uncomfortable noise when people slide them to sit down. Makes the atmosphere unpleasant and really difficult to hear when having a conversation. I would recommend Sticks n Sushi, but perhaps another one of their restaurants.

Waiters were a little aloof; hard to get their attention. Other than that everything was great. Food was delicious, orders arrived quickly (when we managed to order) — and the waiting staff were friendly and polite.they just need to be a little more attentive.

Went here with some sushi aficionados. I'm vegan and they're very much not. We all had an amazing meal. Would recommend this place.

The food was good as usual but the service was not the best. Two different staff who brought us the food was rude. One threw the basket for the edamame across the table, another was not willing to repeat the name of the food they brought us. Good thing other staff were nice!

The food was just delicious, especially their seaweed salad - it's absolutely fantastic. Even if you're going for vegetarian options, they've got you covered. Everything we tried was excellent, showing they really know how to make great food for everyone. Plus, the service was super quick and really friendly. It just makes the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend checking it out!
