Suda Thai Cafe Restaurant

i really enjoyed the visit to Suda Thai Cafe. It was my partners birthday and we were a group of 9. This is a perfect place for group dinners as the place is spacious, prices are reasonable and the food is really good! It's a very modern Thai restaurant.

We have a good experience there, service really nice. Food was good, but small portion of rice. Cocktails good too. I would go back there :)

I was disappointed given the reviews I had seen. The food was average, the spring rolls seemed to be shop bought and my vegetable Thai green curry was full of tofu completely spoiling it. I was expecting much fresher food. The staff were slow, not very attentive and in some cases surly. You had to ask them for everything and we weren't offered dessert or coffee. Again we had to ask. I won't be going back.

Nice food, good ambiance, the toilets we're awful (that sounds so very British). Negatives: Asked me to write more than twenty five words... just made it...

A nouveau content de la qualité des mets et du service accueillant. A chacune de nos visites à Londres ( 6 x ), nous venons dans ce restaurant et avons été à chaque fois très contents. Bravo à l'équipe et au tenancier, maintenez cette qualité et nous reviendrons.

Clean, smart but a bit lacking in atmosphere. Food more expensive than I'd expected (£7 for 4 very small spring rolls?) but tasty. Won't rush back

Great food very tasty. Services was a bit slow. Overall enjoyed the experience. Would definitely recommend or visit again. Was told by staff Friday or Saturday nights would definitely need a reservation.

A great atmosphere, staff service and the food was absolutely delicious. My first visit but would definitely book again and will recommend to all my friends.

Ok in general, but waitress wasn't very responsive and some of the dishes were not very tasteful. Also beer wasn't served cold, just slightly chilled.

Not very good value for money at all. Food was very basic, not very light and fresh like we were expecting. Service was okay but did not warrant the £18 discretionary service charge. Wouldn't really recommend.

The food was amazing, but the service was terrible they sent the wrong food out twice. Gave the wrong orders to the wrong people. One of my friends curry came with rice but it was in the dish, she didn't know. They placed my rice with hers so when I said I was missing rice after she had already been eating for a good 15 minutes because my order was wrong and I had to send it back they tried to charge us for a new rice. Another friend they gave her the wrong order as well we sent it back they left the rice there I asked for a new one it took ages and in the end they just took the old one heated it up and brought it out again. You could tell because before it was presented in a bowl shape when it came out it was all mashed up.

Fantastic food. Great choice and really tasty. Very friendly and attentive service made for a very nice evening. Great spot for couples as well as groups.

The evening went well, the staff are attentive, they checked on allergies when questioned about consent of dishes. There are some slight language challenges but you are in a Thai restaurant. Would I go back, yes the food is authentic and at a reasonable price the wine list is affordable to expensive so should have something for all.

It was my first time to Suda Thai and I really enjoyed the experience. The food was good with a wide selection to choose from. The highlights of the meal was the sea bass curry... and the unexpected large portion of the banana fritters at the end of the meal!

The restaurant was not difficult to locate from the time we got there to the time we left the service was exemplary, we were shown to our table the minute we entered. we had the mixed platter for the starters which tasted exoctic, our red curry mains with coconut rice had a taste of Thai authenticity. The overall experience was excellent and we will definitely be going back there.

Very busy and service not up to normal standard. Food is always delicious though and generally pretty good value for money. I'd recommend it for food

Lovely friendly staff. Good food though our pad Thai had burnt tofu in it which spoilt the flavour . The menu was overwhelming with too much choice!

We had a family lunch yesterday at Suda restaurant. The place is quiet and nice, staff is ok , and the food is very good, tasty, perfect lunch, I'd recommend it.

We loved the food at suda Thai,including my 10 & 12 yr old children. They aren't too keen on Thai food but at this restaurant they wanted to come again. Just one small bad point we felt that we had different waiter/ waitresses serving us & every staff that came to us didn't know what we had ordered or what we wanted. Example we just finished starters and a different waitress came & asked if we want desserts. We had to tell her we haven't evenhad our mains yet.

There was some confusion over the order and a few people received their starter ( included in the suda or business lunch) after having received their main.

We had a lovely time and meal. Food was good. We also enjoyed our cocktails. Service prompt if slightly intrusive. Will definitely be back again soon.

Great location and a pleasant restaurant with keen attentive staff. Food was satisfactory but not spicy enough for me. The dish I chose had 3 chilli rating but was mild and rather bland.

Lovely food and I feel was reasonably priced. Service was good and staff were polite. Venue nice though chairs a little uncomfortable. Easy to book online.

Service was very sloppy. It was slow and we felt a bit forgotten about. There was also chewing gum on one of the plates and we told the waiter, he didn't even apologise just took it away and replaced it.. but food and cocktails were delicious

Glorious food...I will definitely return to eat here again...service could have been a bit quicker but it did not spoil my enjoyment of the meal.

Food was delicious, but the service was poor on the night - prawn crackers and a round of drinks never arrived. Plus 3 of 4 mains were half eaten before having to ask when the 4th would turn up - not a nice experience for the 4th person. I would go again, but if another experience of service like that and I wouldnt go again no matter how tasty the food is.

Very friendly staff and good food! The ambience is always really good here. I will be visiting again some time soon in the future! Recommended!

Service is great! Food is good and authentic. However, when we order the pineapple rice, the squid was not fresh. You can tell straight away if seafood is fresh or not. Ingredients need to be checked carefully.

My friends and I booked this restaurant for 2 friends' birthday surprise! The staff were really nice, very understanding when we spent the first half an hour catching up and not deciding on food. They were very polite, smiley and made the atmosphere friendly. They were also understanding about the cake and very quick to do things, which allowed us to make the surprise happen :) Furthermore, we were the last customers to leave the restaurant - which was 5 mins past the closing time, but they were very kind about it and it made the time spent better :) The food was pretty good thai food. My friends and I enjoyed the pad thai and some of the curry dishes. Glad to fully recommend this place!

There was little to no atmosphere, the food wasn't great quality for the price and arrived suspiciously quickly... Sauces were watery and not as flavoursome as expected. The head waitress shuffled around the restaurant in what looked like slippers, scuffing her heels with every step - seriously irritating from front-of house staff. We wont be returning unfortunately

The Staff are friendly and polite. The Service was quick. The Food was very very tasty. The place is nice. Hope to visit again soon! !

Had a lovely evening with friends - very good food and great atmosphere! Bit pricey and some of the portions a bit stingy, but overall very good!

The food was Fabulous. Great choices with great service. The bathrooms were clean but upstairs. this was my second visit and suda is now my first choice Thai restaurant in London.

We really enjoyed our meal at the Suda Thai Restaurant, the staff were very friendly, the food was great and as we had a theatre reservation the service was very quick! We will definitely be returning.

The food was amazing! I oved that there was a great selection of vegetarian options. Service was really good. The waiter was really helpful offering recommendation. Would definitely go back.
