Suda Thai Cafe Restaurant

Delicious food, relaxing surroundings. Really accommodating as we had a baby in a pram with us. Have us a table in the corner so we could make noise without disturbing others. Will go again!

The staff were really nice and welcoming and very friendly. The food and drink were good. The atmosphere was nice, generally a lovely evening out!I would recommend this place!

Great location close to Covent garden. Food was OK. Service was a bit slow. Disappointed that the staff had difficult identifying dishes with specific allergens (peanuts).

Now has pictures of food on menus - says it all! Feels run down and heading in the wrong direction. Food OK. Bizarre that they have some very expensive wine on the menu - can’t imagine they have any takers for those bottles.

We loved our visit to Suda Thai. Lovely atmosphere, great food and delicious cocktails. The staff were all so pleasant and attentive and didn’t rush our party of 6, even considering we were the last in the restaurant. Will visit again. Thank you.

We found that Suba offered good service, friendly, prompt service, a good range of food on the menu, and excellent fare that was reasonably priced

Very yummy Thai food. Only reason I haven't given full marks is that the drinks menu was really scruffy and I found it a bit too dark in decor for my taste. Otherwise a great find. Will return.

I had a fantastic dinner, the venue is elegant and quiet, ideal for a romantic dinner or a business one. The staff is really polite and their service is impressive.

2nd time I’ve visited suda and the food was brilliant both occasions. The service is always consistent and friendly too. Would highly recommend a visit.

Some of the food tasted a bit artificial. Noodle was nice. Large prawns was fresh, needed salt. Sauces that came with food was nice. Friendly staff

Not the first time I have eaten there. We had a party of 12 and always worry when you rate a restaurant and then take a large party. Excellent food, good wine, excellent service, will be visiting again soon

Fantastic food, the pad thai was particularly good. Service was friendly and attentive and the food came out quickly. The serving size was good for sharing as well and trying as much as possible! Would definitely return!

Service and wine was great. Food not so much. The curries were incredibly sweet. And the when asked for spicy dipping sauce they gave us chilli sauce and not even Thai chilli sauce just regular ketchup. Sorry Guys we are Malaysians so our standard for Thai food is pretty up there

Good selection on vegetarian dishes - would be great tho if the vegan ones were labelled too ! Had to ask and the first waiter didn't understand the question - but the food was great - once I was sure I could eat it !

The food was superb as always , but the visit was made special by the restaurant making the birthday of my wife very special by singing happy birthday song and arranging a candle lit dessert all on the house

The Restaurant was ok. We had a very nice service by our waiter, but the food was average and could be better for that price! Probably they do not have enough Thai-food-lovers as guests ...

Excellent venue, just need to take orders quicker Apart from that food was outstanding and sharing plater was lush. Will differently be coming back and recommending to family and friends.

The starters were okay but the main meals were very tasty, we really enjoyed the seafood and beef mains we had. Staff are very welcoming but the number of times we're asked if all is okay is a bit too much. Overall we had a lovely meal and would go back there.

Very friendly staff who don't pester you during the meal only really coming over to serve food or when you ask for something. We stayed late but they never made us feel like we should leave!

Delicious Thai, brought two friends who recently moved to London and had a great meal. The curry tasting plate and the suda firecrackers are the ones to go for!

We were totally disappointed both with the food and with the service at Suda last night. We have had a meeting of 7 friends and no one of us was really happy with the meal - the meat was quite dry, the taste was not great, the service was awful: the rice was delivered when half of food was already eaten, the order was wrong , the lamb was raw and even cold (but both were changed without any discussions), and the dirty knives were last drop in this dinner. Definitely no more Suda for me and my friends.

The food was great! Except that they charged us for the wrong bill and eventually refunded the excess amount. Check your bill before you pay!

The staff were not welcoming or attentive! We waited nearly 45 minutes for the starters! I ordered a red wine and it never came! I have been there before and I have to say it has gone down terribly! The food was okay, but it was was not what I expected.

The food is really really lovely. 241 cocktails on a Monday was also lovely. The service however wasn't brilliant. It was quite slow and not very attentive.

the food was really tasty with big portions, starters not necessary for those that don't have a big appetite. Good choice of cocktails, I had the Champagne Mojito which was really refreshing. The service was really obliging, tap water immediately put on your table. Restaurant setting is also nice in quiet newish courtyard just off Long Acre so perfect for theatre land.

The food was reasonable, although the service was slow and disorganised (albeit friendly) - for example the drinks turned up after the starters, and one of the starters arrived when the rest of us had finished.

Very good customer service. The duck massamam curry was tasty. centrally located in Covent Garden. Not noisy so you can have a good chat with friends here.

Nice atmosphere as the place must be relatively new. They had a good variety of vegetarian dishes however only 1 vegetarian noodle dish. Our table was in a corner of the restaurant and the service was poor in terms of attention.

We all ordered the Pad Thai, tried the prawn, chicken and vegetarian, all good, everyone enjoyed the food enormously and great cocktails, try the mango & papaya or any of the champagne cocktails.

Good food and pretty quiet pre theatre. Good service and cost was really good for West end prices. Reserving was really easy though didnt need to in the end.Good all round.
