Food was good but the service was random. They ran out of cold beer. The draft beer was off. The fridges were inadequately stacked with cold drinks. We had to get our own menus. The food was however very good and that is what we really went for so the rest of the minor, thoughtless irritations can be forgiven but could easily be improved with a little planning and attantion to custoner service.
I suspect if you visit this place and a non show day the experience would be much better! Lots of staff but half of them clearly drafted in to cope with number and clearly no experience so not very effective I’m afraid 🙈 we had nachos that were yummy but quite small, burgers that were delicious and a questionable steak! They have youngsters making cocktails from recipes rather than experience and it shows..... sorry Spice mill train a couple of people properly and stop cutting corners. Toilets were a nightmare too. I will visit this place again but not on a show day. 1 starter 4 mains 4 drinks was £30pp
Wonderful food and atmosphere xx service happy and amazing brilliant
Nice little restaurant in a great location, Something not mentioned on this site is that when an event is on they have a reduced limited menu. Was a bit disapointed that an item on the normal menu wasnt on the show menu. Pleasant staff and willing to accommodate requests.
