Lamb fillet crumbed and cooked with onions, garlic and traditional Eritrean spices mixed with crumbs of injera. Served with enjera.

Spicy powdered stewed chilli with pure Ghee butter, cubed beef tripe with onions, tomatoes, garlic and green chilli. Served with enjera.
