To have your meal turn up cold is one thing; having complained to be told by a waiter probably half your age and therefore probably half as experienced at eating out that your vegetables are at "room temperature" (in a cold room) and that it's therefore acceptable is frankly a joke. Then there is the matter of the lamb chops. Not only were they full of gristle, they were uncooked to the point of almost having a pulse. Upon complaining, I was told they were "on us", and that my meal would be replaced. This was refused as my company had nearly finished their dinner. After a long in coming sweet I received the bill, and surprise surprise - the uncooked main course was still on it. Another quarter of an hour passed while this "error" was rectified (I will have to check my statement to make sure that it was) before we were eventually able to leave. The £50 bottle of Argentine Malbec was lovely.

Have eaten at Tanner & Co several times and have always been very pleased with the experience.

It was the perfect venue to catch up with friends. A vibrant atmosphere, friendly staff and excellent food!

great experience, really good and attentive service and nice food. Only issue is that my French colleagues all wanted fish and chips and there were only two portions left.

The food was ok. But quite noisy and took a while to flag down the staff for our orders.
