We had a lovely meal with good service. It was a quiet evening, being early and mid week. Would certainly recommend it and will go again.

Great vegetarian food. Lovely to have well cooked and interesting dishes. Apparently the meat choices are just as good. There was a singer performing that evening, so nice atmosphere. Great place to come for a meal, we love it.

Excellent food and great range of fresh vegetables with the Sunday roast

The food was very good if a little expensive compared to other places in the vale. The staff were friendly but as there were only two serving the service was a little slow.

We really wanted to like it here but food was very average for the price and the restaurant was very quiet and lacked any kind of atmosphere. Unlilely to re visit unless food improves! Lots of frieneds have said the same, which is shame as location is great and decor is lovely too.

A really wonderful 3 course dinner from the TWENTY20 menu, the chef deserves an accolade. Wealso enjoyed the guitarist/ singer enormously and hope to see and hear him again. As usual, all the staff were very welcoming and friendly and we were served promptly and efficiently. A thoroughly enjoyable experience and one that we would happily recommend - try it if you haven’t been before.

Great food, excellent service and all at a very fair price

Lovely food, great atmosphere and friendly efficient staff. Only one negative, and that was my daughter’s pizza didn’t arrive with our food and when it came out 10 minutes later it had obviously been forgotten/ rushed as the dough was raw and topping was just tomato purée! My daughter didn’t eat any of it! Such a shame as other than the children’s pizza the rest of the food was great and we will definitely go again.

Our first visit to Tap and Run on a friends 'recommendation and we weren't disappointed. Friday lunchtime and food was excellent and good value for money. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be visiting again.

Not bad. Place was a little cold though. Potato and vegetable Portions were decent unlike the meat! One pitiful very thin slice of beef on a £15 main was very poor in my opinion. Not sure I’ll try here again.

Very enjoyable. Lovely food and service in an attractive space.

Main meals came out at different times. I was told, only after the other two meals were brought out, that what I ordered wasn’t available. They said they could replace the salmon with Seabass and the rest would be the same. However, there were no mussels and only 4 pieces of gnocchi!!! I was still hungry!!! Very Disappointed. They took my meal of the bill - however, I was expecting much better from this chain....

Food was good. Still had atmosphere although not very busy.

Great food, good value and really friendly staff as always

I had the turkey, which was OK, but as it was rolled with stuffing I didn’t feel I got much actual turkey - and there were two further balls of stuffing which was a bit of a cheap filler. The roast potatoes and carrots were very nice but the parsnips really weren’t cooked and I had to cut away the hard centres. The veg, which I expected to be normal seasonal was in fact kale, which was almost raw and I didn’t like, mange tout, which were again virtually raw and one bean (probably a rogue which shouldn’t have been there) All in all rather disappointing. My friends had the haddock & chips which were very good.

Rather disappointed with the quality and presentation of the Sunday lunch.Was expecting a better standard than this.
