Server was very rude from the moment we entered. Kept rolling his eyes at us as we were deciding what to order. Asked my husband to speak up when he was placing his order, which he did and repeated his order at which point the server started shouting at him in a very agitated voice as to what meat he wanted so we left. Really bizarre interaction. We were in the establishment less than 5 minutes. Such a shame as this restaurant was recommended by a few friends and we had been looking forward to eating there for ages. Totally ruined our day out.

Booking was easy. Arrived half an hour early and was seated at a table straightaway. Service was quick and prompt, the food was great. Altogether a good experience.

We had a lovely family meal for five at Thai Palace in Beverley. The service was warm and attentive from start to finish, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The food was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. A few dishes—particularly the curry and noodle options—really stood out for their depth of flavour and balance. Everything was clearly made with care. A wonderful dining experience all around. We’ll happily be back.

Wonderful service by smiling waitress. I rang to say we would be arriving late and it was no problem. We greatly enjoyed our lunch. Lots to choose from at a very good prices.

When we first arrived and were shown to our table the a/c was on and my husband felt cold so asked if we could move to another table. Although they were busy we were soon relocated. Everything was lovely and the food was delicious 😋

The staff were very helpful - I needed to use the toilet & was told it was upstairs. I cannot easily manage stairs, owing to a respiratory condition. They allowed me to use the staff toilet, much to my relief.
