Good food and great service. Would recommend a visit .

Lovely food decent prices had a longer wait for our sweet than expected but everything else good

The food was good, staff were lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately, this was spoilt by the loud and foul language being used by the people drinking at the bar-perhaps that was why there was hardly anyone else eating, such a shame.

Had a nice meal bit slow service but very professional. Only real criticism is that the chips were frozen chips & it is a bug bear for me, i dont often have chips but when i do i expect them to be fresh i can warm up frozen myself. After saying that the rest of the food the four of us had was nice & the service & general atmosphere relaxed, comfortable & pleasant

Very Friendly staff as always and the food was lovely.

We went to celebrate my husband's birthday, the meals were superb, we have been a few times in the past, always attentive friendly staff, the chef is very good all six of us really enjoyed our meals, thank you all very much, 😃

We had an excellent meal , the staff were very friendly yet at the same time very professional. We will definitely be returning.

It was a quiet time, with only a couple of other tables occupied, but everything was fine. We were made to feel welcome, the food was excellent, and the staff friendly. The chef / owner came to our table himself to ask if everything was all right, and chatted for several minutes. Highly recommended.

Perfect service! Busy and noisy night but staff were excellent!

Although we did have to wait a while to be served, we did understand and did not mind as the restaurant was extremely busy. We certainly did not let it spoil the evening! We have been many times before and will certainly be going back many times in the future with our 3 (yes 3!) golden retrievers!

Fab host just a long wait for food but was very busy

we opted for the deal of the night priced at 30 pounds for steak or burger .the steak was lovely but very small bearing in mind it is 15 pound each including a drink.

Slow service, but it was very busy. 2 hours was a little long with a toddler in tow! Great food and very reasonable.

It’s always absolutely superb. The food is excellent value for money and the staff are great. Alex, Michelle and team will do anything to make the whole dining experience perfect. It’s a great pub, good atmosphere and lovely food. Always our favourite place!

Good value for money, although we had to wait quite a long time to order and for our food. Staff were great but probably not enough of them

The food was excellent and the service was very warm and welcoming , we had pre booked and shown straight to our table and given a choice of tables, again the food was great.

If I’m being honest it wasn’t as good as previous times. I thought I would try something different but it back fired. The tart was very undercooked and I sent it back, it came out again, it was better but I feel maybe they should cook the pastry then put the tomatoes on top otherwise the moisture of the tomatoes won’t allow the pastry to cook. Service was very good everyone was smiley. The lady who sorted us out did it very efficiently.

Outstanding food and service with a smile. Will definitely call again. Drove from Oswaldtwistle was worth it. Outstanding value. Very clean and lovely atmosphere inside.

Again this is one of my favourite pubs to eat at in Longridge. Food always amazing. Staff always amazing. Choice of beverages amazing. Ten out of ten. 👍

Steak was great, others food was get. Our only winge is changed menu, not grt. Choice of steaks 1? No onion rings, prices gone up.

It was very busy and only two members of staff. They did so well to serve all customers. Service was fantastic and the young girl on was very friendly and attentive. Well done to them! Black pudding fritter were delicious and nachos yummy. My husband loves his mixed grill, I had the king burger. It was huge! But I loved it. If I was to give a criticism some cabbage/chutney type thing came with it but it was floating in a lot of oil, I don’t think that is need maybe a fresh relish instead?? Atmosphere was also great!

The curry dish was described as madras but was very mild when served and disappointing. We mentioned it to a member of staff who advised that she would convey our comments.

Again another splendid meal. The staff, the service and the food are always top notch. New winter menu, lots of choice, little bit disappointed that the Hoats cheese starter and the scampi are not available on the new menu. Even so once again 10/10.

Welcomed by the owner following an online booking. the service was polite and efficient., The wine was good. The pub/ restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. The food was excellent and a reasonable price Cant wait to return Thank you
