Food was very good, portions were very big! All the staff were friendly, would definitely go again

Food here is spot on, the curries are just awesome! nice friendly atmosphere. Would highly recommend. Give it a try & you won't be disappointed. I don't even live in the area and travel to go and eat here.

Very good value for money, good service and good food. The Sunday special is £9.95 for Poppadums, starter, main, and rice or nan.We will return.

The food was really good but could have been served at a higher temperature/the waiter got mixed up with our order (there was 13 of us) but sorted it out quickly, hubby had a steak bhuni that was fatty and made a complaint, he was given a whole new meal. We really enjoyed it though and will continue to go there as they do try to sort things out and £9.95 Sunday special is a winner

Excellent food, service and value. This is one of the two best Indian restaurants in the area. The weekly special events are too good too miss.

We were a party of 13 and booked in at 6pm. We had to wait a few minutes before being seated but were able to have a drink in the bar area. Service was a tad chaotic, we had to request drinks a couple of times as the orders went astray and two main meals were late in arriving. There were a number of large groups in around the same time and I feel that by not allocating staff to particular tables, the service suffered. On the positive side, the food was very good, the staff were very nice and the restaurant was clean hence the higher rating

Good service . Food was ok. Average for for Indian Restaurants in the area. Mixed starter platter had small portion sizes. Main meal Karahi was quite tasty.

The food was delicious the service was good. The restaurant was busy but we didn't wait long for the food. The best chicken tikka masala in the area! Would recommend.

Food not bad, but New Year's Eve service bad. Slow service, orders mixed up with other tables, staff rude and clearly in a rush to get us all out early. Staff Rude when we ordered extra drinks, bills mixed up, giving them to the wrong table. Would never go for New Year's Eve again, guessing they wanted to get home before midnight!

Excellent service from entering to leaving, tables nicely laid out and even though it was very busy, it being New Year's Eve we didn't feel cramped. Food was top quality.

four of us went here for a birthday meal, friendly staff lovely meal nice ambiance, the only down side compared to the rest of the restaurant is the toilets could do with a bit of a makeover, but would definitely go back.

Lived upto the many positive reviews on the website. Service was good and food was freshly prepared and served hot. We had the Wednesday night specials paying a small extra charge for sea food. There is a wide selection of dishes and we will definitely return

Excellent food and price. Best Indian restaurant around and we travelled from Oldham which is full of Indian restaurants. Homely atmosphere and not cramped for room whilst eating. Friendly and helpful staff.

As usual superb food and service, food quantity, quality and price cannot be faulted, worth the travel from Oldham. Would recommend anyone who loves Indian food to visit this restaurant.

Top food and service which is the norm at the Antelope. Make's it even better being within a 5 minute walk from home. Take Away always excellent too.
