Had a lovely lunch here and the location is good for tube and buses so easy to get too. The menu has plenty to offer including a lunchtime special set so you have plenty to choose from and the food I had was tasty.
much calmer than my previous [evening] visit: pleasant atmosphere and setting. good ciabatta sandwich, with excellent chips. fine value for money
Vibrant pub, good quality food at a reasonable price with nice decor also
Loud, good-natured pub with decent food. The nachos were fine, but a little heavy on corn chips, and a little light on salsa, sour cream, gucamole & cheddar [which might have been a little warmer and more runny]. The venison and beef pie was excellent with nice gravy and flavoursome mashed potato & not-bad veg.
A great spot for lunch in the area, friendly staff as always
Enjoyable as ever - lovely soups now that the weather is getting chilly. Delicious!
