Our Sunday lunch was lovely and the staff were too.

It was a lovely day watching the planes eating a lovely meal

Took my 87 year old dad for lunch and it really made him happy, the food was really good and big portions, the staff were helpful and friendly and it was good service, would definitely return

Well organised, polite, hard working team doing their best to please. Excellent service and great food.

It was very busy but they were accommodating to the needs of our party and made changes to their dishes to fit in with dietary requirements. We had to chase up for dessert and the bill and were not offered more drinks even though it started clearly that if dining inside we needed to stay at our tables

We arrived, having visited several times in the past, to be greeted by almost chaos!! We had to queue to get in and nobody was maintaining social distance! Trying to attract a waitresses attention was nearly impossible as there was a large queue at the bar. We were eventually spoke to and even though we had booked we were told to sit at a table with another person's name on it. The waitress arrived to take our order when she hadn't even brought us a menu. We were given 1 menu between 4!! From sitting down to the food arriving took one hour. However the food was lovely as usual. We will probably not visit again until life returns to normal.

Everything was brilliant. Very big portions of food at a good price 😋 The staff were lovely and friendly. I only marked the atmosphere as good because we were the only ones in the restaurant that night, but outside was busy. Great music too! Covid-19 friendly.

The Sunday roast was well cooked and generous portions. The apple crumble after was delightful.

I was really looking forward to having breakfast out again and you didn't disappoint.

Great view of airfield and big Sunday roast portions and vegetables

We had a table for 3 booked in. We were given a lovely table with a view of the airfield where we could see lots of activity on the runway. The food was excellent, particularly the roast dinner. Lovely gravy and cauliflower cheese! Service was excellent and all very friendly. Will return again for sure! Thanks Kate

Fantastic food! Great service and fab location for little ones

The food was good and big portions but I do think the service could improve ie when the plates were taken away would be nice to be asked if you would like pudding etc to save going up to the bar again plus no one asked if the food was ok which most restaurants do .

Unfortunately two elderly ladies in our party found the meat too thick and had to leave most of it. The rest of our party enjoyed our meal though.
