Fillet of sea bass with sauteed smoked bacon, seared chicory, fine green beans and new potatoes with a red wine sauce.
British beef burger
Topped with emmental cheese, served in a toasted brioche bun with a sweet tomato chutney, seasoned chips, battered onion rings and homemade coleslaw . Build your burger: Add crispy back bacon, smoked applewood glaze, hereford hop cheese or smokey baconnaise for just 50p each
