The Brackenbury Wine Rooms

Very disappointing. Slow service - we waited 15 minutes between starter and main course ( hake) which when it arrived arrived was dry and overlooked. Wine selection was ok but a £15 Pinot tasted more like sherry. Staff were really helpful when they had a chance but with only two people on duty that became more challenging.

Really nice place, good food and service. Didn't get to try many wines but the ones we had were very nice. Looking forward to going again.

Had an absolutely lovely time with wonderful recommendations! Food and wine selection are superb. The vibe is everything from trendy, to just nice enough to catch up with a friend.

The food was delicious and the service excellent. The wine selection is bespoke and the waitress skilful when it comes to recommend the best wine and meal pairing. I highly recommend it

Lovely food and wine, but not as good as the first time we visited this establishment, we will try other restaurants in the area next time.

Great wine, very good food, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Attentive but not overwhelming service and an easy to get to location. Will go again next time we're in London.

nice place - great steak, good wine. sides were super pricy - 4 quid for a tiny tiny dish of beans. the kind of place you go to if you are in the area, not a destination.

Had a very enjoyable evening. Excellent food, wines and service. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very knowledgeable about the wines and menu. Love the decor and design. Great ambience.

This is my local... never fails ! the service is excellent , the food delicious , the atmosphere is very welcoming , and you can have delicious wines by the glass !

Very poor experience. We were seated for 1 hour without any food. Just some very expensive drinks. After complaining, they still took 15 more minutes for the food to be served. Main dish was cold and dry. Very bad experience.

Lovely neighborhood wine room and restaurant. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was very good. I will definitely visit again nad I would recommend it.

I went for an evening of wine tasting and fine dining with a group of six friends. We had a great time and the stuff were so helpful and friendly. I will be back again soon!

Great service & nice food. Because it was a nice evening, we sat outside for drinks then moved to our reserved table indoors for food.

Beautiful restaurant - good wine and good food (even if main courses are quite small and crème brulee was described on the menu with fresh raspberries and came with only 1 raspberry on top of the dessert...) Friendly staff

Lovely wine, good food (served a little cold). Lot's of waiting staff, not particularly well coordinated, but service was ok. nice atmosphere with windows wide open.

Great choice of wines and cheeses, brilliant service (with excellent knowledge of the wine and food) and a good atmosphere - a highly recommended neighbourhood wine bar / restaurant.

The Burger was terrible, over cooked and dry. Also the food (in a relatively empty restaurant took ages to come out. Calamari starter very nice.

Food was lovely- nicest scallops I have had in ages. Would be nice on the wine tasting bottles if there could be more description of each bottle to help in choices. Attentive service.

Great wine choice but unfortunately we were both ill in the night having had a selection of the small plates. Unfortunate as we liked it at the time, just the food let it down.

Food was really delicious and nice wine thankfully! Felt a bit expensive but overall happy! Service was attentive with the perfect pace. It was our friends birthday (which we did inform them about) so it's a shame they didn't bring out something small for her with a candle which I always experienced in other restaurants. But can't fault somewhere on this basis. We did get a lovely booth/table despite short notice booking. Would return and recommend!!

Very good food and great value. Very accommodating staff. I like that they suggest wine pairing on the menu, even-though I didn't partake on this occasion. :-) Will definitely be back

Lovely restaurant - cosy and spacious (not close to other guests), excellent service and good and wine. The cheese platter was amazing. We all really enjoyed our evening.

Have recently discovered this little gem which is located a short walk from the office. Excellent food and atmosphere for team lunch. Service was quick and faultless. Highly recommend.

Amazing place - great selection of wines, cozy, affordable, nice staff, conveniently located. Great selection of plates to accompany wine. Would definitely make it one of the top of my list.

Good decor, good food and the staff were on the ball. Well priced set menu and lovely desserts. Great choice of wines. We shall return.

Menu offered something for everyone, the acoustics were great meaning we didn't have to yell to hear each other and the waiters were thoughtful, responsive and provided excellent service.

Brackenbury Wine Rooms has a perfect setting in a quite part of Hammersmith and is nicely decorated. They have a very good and fast service, delicious food and amazing wine.

Good atmosphere, very good service and really nice food. I took two critical aunts and a very critical mother and they all enjoyed it thoroughly. Thank you TBWRs
