Food was excellent. Second time visiting will most defintely be back.

Fish on a bed of pickled onions ! Hmmm, quite weird & not at all filling. No potatoes or rice - not even a bread basket . Not value for money .

good quality food well presented. Short menu (which is good) but still managing to provide a good range of options for the dietary and taste needs of our group

Sunday roast was not anything special, selection between chicken and beef only. Beef was very fatty, chicken was ok, but was most likely boiled chicken breast slightly browned up in oven, served as one piece and not sliced. Potatoes were not roast crispy potatoes either, they were boiled and deep fried. Wouldn’t recommend for Sunday roast.

Really pleasant visit here, cannot fault food we really enjoyed ourselves.

Vegan menu limited and no vegan puddings. A bit pricy but other wise nice place for a meal

First visit to the braided fig. Excellent food and choice for Sunday lunch. Will plan on going back when next in Aberdeen. Will recommend it completely.

We enjoyed a lovely meal at The Braided Fig and would definitely recommend going. There is a wide range of food and drink which would suit most people’s tastes and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.

It was our first eating experience at The Braided Fig and we weren’t disappointed. The staff were friendly and attentive and the menu really inspiring. In fact it was tricky to only choose one starter, main and dessert each! We will definitely be back!

Lovely restaurant, the tree in the centre is so unique! Great atmosphere, food was fantastic and the service was excellent! Had a great Valentine’s Day meal with a full menu unlike a lot of places who put on reduced menus. Will be back

Lovely food, lovely service and will definitely be back. The only negative was that the restaurant was really cold but it was lunch time so maybe it takes a while to heat up... overall we had a lovely time x

Food was good quality, had to ask if the roast was on, not informed of specials etc, but was tasty when arrived and service was fine enough

The food was Really nice - funny smell as i entered the restaurant like school dinner hall small thing but quite off putting. I ordered the Sunday lunch pork was amazing and the veg was perfect. Keep up the good work and make the place smell like your food.

This is a fairly expensive restaurant but it offers tasty, well presented, dishes and good wines. Service is attentive and professional. I would go back.

Another nice meal at The Braided Fig. Food and service was very good, as usual. Our only disappointment was there were no yorkshire puddings with our sunday roast. We will be back.

We went for dinner on Xmas eve and the food & servicecwas great. Food was cooked well and beautifully presented, everyone had a terrific time.

Such a lovely restaurant with really nice staff and amazing food. Had a roast dinner with a few glasses of wine and then sat in the bar area, what a lovely way to spend our Sunday afternoon.

Quiet when we went in and service was good, however as it got busier service levels fell. We waited over half an hour for the sweet menu and coffees, but they no one brought them. We got fed up so got bill and left. If service charge of £7 had not been included we would not have left a tip.

Excellent food, staff very attentive and helpful. Kids menu brilliant. Called to rearrange time of booking and this was no problem to them...would definitely return!

Always great. Good food, drink and service. Burgers great, but other food also tasty. Drink reasonably priced and pretty free flowing. Staff always friendly. Great place

Food was lovely but I think some of the waitresses need a little bit more training. They were nice and some extra training would make all the difference.
