Excellent food, great service, friendly staff. Our 2nd Time we’ve been and will be going back. The Yorkshire puddings are to die for.

Overall visit rated medium because there were too many dogs in (we're not keen on dogs, particularly in dining areas) and, more importantly, the vegetarian selection was poor - my wife had to resort to choosing from the children's menu!! We would not be visiting again. However, on the plus side, our crumble dessert came with a tiny jug of custard. When I asked for more we were given a very large 'gravy boat' full - more than we could manage!

All good stuff, nice evening, value for money, good service. The only downer to the hole evening was my wifes Yorkshire pudding, dry, tasteless I mean come on guy's we live in Yorkshire got to do better.

Went with a group of friends for a birthday meal after struggling to find somewhere that could accommodate 11 people so close to Xmas. Had a brilliant meal fantastic food, really friendly staff, great service. Really recommend it and we will definitely go again.

Great venue for a relaxed meal or drink. The food I had 12/12/19 was delicious, the service is always friendly and efficient. Would recommend to anyone.

Huge compliments to the chef who was on last night the food was outstanding. Lovely cosy warm pub on a winters evening with Lois and Jess our waitresses making us feel really welcome. Highly recommend x

Good honest food, an interesting menu with a good selection. Nothing too fancy, but what we had was well prepared, cooked and presented. At 19:00 it was a bit noisy, but not bad enough to make us move tables. Very friendly service.

Excellent meal. All the family had a great time. Beer and food excellent.

Good atmosphere, had a slight issue with one of the meals but happy to say the management dealt with it immediately. The pan fried sea bass was excellent. When the bill came I was pleasantly surprised to find one of the meals had not been charged as a jester off good will. Will return again.

The service was slow. We had to wait over a hour for our food. Wasn’t made aware by the staff that there would be a delay and received no apology. No problem with the meals though, they were lovely.

Sunday dinner was awesome - really good portion size and really tasty. Definitely would recommend
