Wonderful food and a lovely seating area by the fire, with friendly service.

Food was excellen, brilliant chef. Great service, ambience. Toilets need refurbishment but we're clean. Restaurant was spotless. Would definitely recommend and will go back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our food, however the 3 staff that were on were stood right behind us at the bar and we got to hear all about what they were up to, people getting thrown out the night before..... one was having their dinner and the other 2 just stood and spoke to her. I appreciate we were the only table in so there was very little background noise, maybe we should have been moved a bit further away. Would still come back though as food was lovely.

weve never been in the carnock inn before, but I’m sure we’ll return. Good food, good service, in comfortable surrounding, ..and, car safely off the road in the car park behind.

Best Steak Pie.bliss without having to make it yourself,pastry is delicious, lots of meat inside the pastry bomb lashings of gravy,we always have the Pie as so good

Nice meal nice service good portion size and would definitely go back. We weren’t offered the full menu but we think this was due to a new member of staff not knowing it was available.

We visited on Saturday night. Great food and service, however quite expensive. Son's steak came with tomato despite request not to include. Really friendly staff. Would eat here again 😊

Lovely food, nicely presented by very friendly & helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals & hope to return before we leave the area to continue our holiday further north
