Known as "The World’s Number 1 Chelsea Fan Pub”, one can expect plenty of good times to be had at The Chelsea Pensioner, a friendly London pub on Fulham Road. This traditional pub is decked out in royal blue memorabilia from an international community of Chelsea supporters. However, in between match day excitement, there’s plenty of great qualities to enjoy at this cosy establishment. Despite its upmarket location, the happily affordable pub revolutionises the tired concept of after work drinks in west London, offering prices that are actually half-decent to enable some hobnobbing with colleagues and compatriots, scarlet-jacketed and tricorn-hatted or not. There’s excellent mid-week Happy Hours, an all day menu featuring award-winning Pieminister pies and hot dogs (vegan included!), a constant stream of live sport on the TVs, pool tables, a karaoke room, and even a secluded “secret garden”.
