Always a lovely meal. Friendly and efficient service. Good food from a lovely varied menu, with specials too. Attractive eating areas, both inside and outside.

Booking was quick and very clear. The experience with food and service was first class. I recommend all aspects of my visit.

Lovely cooking of my cod totally spoiled by inedible veg -undercooked potatoes, odd green beans that must have been reheated multiple times or left standing. Only the fish was hot. My partners bland monkfish was undercooked and leaked water onto his tepid linguine. A side order of cold fries did not help. We left most of our food and then had poor desserts to follow. 2 tablespoons of poor quality custard in a jug served with crumble. Our spoons were too big to try and scrape out any residual custard. We left without complaining because it was so noisy and chaotic we just wanted to leave.
