My daughter and I enjoyed our meal. If we lived here we would definitely visit again

Amazing Sunday Lunch, all freshly made, nice and Hot had the Belly Pork definitely recommend & Lovely Cauliflower Cheese.

Food, service, and surroundings first class & all at a very affordable price. Great evening and now hope to book for a milestone Birthday later on in the year. Highly recommended.

My own meal was acceptable, but my wife’s was rather bland. Staff accepted this and compensated her.

A nice afternoon out for lunch. I had the mussels and my brother had the pork. Both tasty but downside was we had to wait a long time for our drinks to come, in fact a table who came after, received their drinks before us! It was very warm under the glass roof and started to become a little uncomfortable after a while. Overall nice but could improve to become really nice and then worth a trip back.

Really Good fresh food, really delicious, lovely atmosphere and great service.

The atmosphere is quite nice, as was the service. I am a vegetarian and the menu is extremely limited. Two options, curry which was nothing to write home about, or risotto which every restaurant seems to throw together to satisfy the vegetarian clientele. The regular menu options looked lovely. The presentation and choices were appealing. I hope that this restaurant will think of new options to include in a more creative vegetarian menu so that I would have a reason to go back.

It was fantastic. Would recommend for somewhere modern with a good atmosphere and amazing oysters.

Good and varied menu choices and we had a very good lunch

Lovely restaurant, bar and atmosphere. Menu was a bit limited, no salad for instance, children's menu also a bit lacking. The table service was extremely poor it took 2 hours to serve 2 courses, even when we said we needed to go shortly, it took 30 mins to serve 2 ice creams and chocolate brownies. It wasn't even really busy, we will give a second chance as the atmosphere was greatatmosphere was grew

The service was intermittent and when they bothered to notice it was poor. The food was ok. The server spilt wine over the guest so would not recommend.

Awful first impression, thought it was a club! Had to navigate a bunch of drunken men smoking and swearing at the front door. Music too loud in the restaurant. Immediately told the oysters were off before we even sat down. Not family friendly in any shape or form. Big mistake. We left! Went to a lovely restaurant called Frig & Scot instead.

Absolutely wonderful food and service. Restricted menu as it was Mother’s day which i hadn’t realised but everything was perfect and the staff were so lovely and very attentive even though they were incredibly busy

A lovely visit. We selected the black pudding scotch eggs as a starter and they were very tasty. The hake with mussels was gorgeous and the steak and kidney pie was perfectly complimented with fluffy mash and red cabbage. Would definitely recommend
