We arrived as a group of 5, who hadn’t seen each other since before the pandemic. We had an amazing welcome. The staff were really friendly, with one waiter who remembered us from before the pandemic. As always the food was authentic and flavoursome. Our waitress was respectful, attentive and was extremely patient as we forgot to order while we were catching up as a group. Highly recommend *****star!

no aircon on a realy hot day.no opening window by our table. food quality good but too spicy hot.medium spice dishes were too hot for our group.we all ordered what we liked and previously eaten elsewhere comfortably,but this place the dishes were more spicy and unable to eat without adding mint sauce and requesting more drinks.will not be returning due to this

This place is amazing. The food is so tasty and you get very large portions. Exceptional value for money. Our waiter was called Mark and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok. We travelled from Redditch to go there and it was certainly worth it. The drinks are not overpriced either. Will defiantly be going again. P.s The best Chicken Tikka Masarla I’ve had in a long time 🥘

First time in the Covered Wagon…. Service was good and staff were accommodating in resolving issues.

Quite disappointed as normally a regular! I know weather was terrible but we had kids and was stuck on the benches where it was wet and rain was coming through, had to complain 2 times to say look we got kids please move us to the other side, food was cold well rice's and chips were cold and a side order was missing, we wasn't wasn't there a hour, we packed our food and left..

Our table hadn’t been wiped properly the chairs were dirty. Just felt very rushed. I’m no curry expert but it was the worst curry I have ever had, my daughter who normally would eat anything had only one mouthful of hers. Very disappointed as had been recommended this place by a few different people, and was really looking forward to it.

Me, my partner and son went for an evening meal, we have had takeaway from the covered wagon during lockdown. But me and my son have never eaten in. We ordered a chicken tikka masala, a chicken korma and a mixed grill sizzler. With 2 garlic naans, a cheese naan and 2 portions of chips. Wow, food was exceptional. Cannot fault it, everything was hot, cooked perfectly and our waiter was very friendly, polite and helpful. We will definitely be returning in the near future. Hidden gem this place
