Although the food never disappoints we had to wait over 45 mins for our starters and then a further 30 mins for mains. I guess timings let’s it down

Amazing food and service. Would recommend and definitely go again.

First visit. On arrival went to the bar and waited over 10mins to be served despite many bar staff wondering around. Eventually got seated on our reserved table. Waited another 10mins at the bar to order the food. It was busy but they had enough staff to see that I had been waiting whilst they served others who hadn’t been waiting longer than me. Food was ok nothing great. The atmosphere was nice. The waiters were very friendly and helpful. My Son has a nut allergy and they helped me choose what was appropriate. Overall the food was avg and value for money but nothing extraordinary shame about the bar staff they need training on how to judge who gets served

Great place to eat, lots of choice (though a few more children’s options would be good), generous portions and sizzling hot. Celebrated Fathers’ Day a week early but we will definitely be back!

Prompt attention upon entering confirming booking shown table, requested other table, moved immediately, prompt service by waiting staff who were most helpful, another excellent starter, main meal and drinks served efficiently. Exceptional customer service.

Negatives - Too many people, who were not eating, hanging around at the bar and being noisy. They should consider separating the bar area from the restaurant. Positives - staff were very friendly and helpful. Food - The starter was tasty, I had the mixed grill. I ordered the Chicken Madras for the main, according to the menu it was supposed to be hot but was not spicy at all, was disappointed. Overall it was ok, but expected better.

The staff were welcoming and attentive. Very polite and patient with our party of 20. The food was good, I had prawns which were cook perfectly. Would recommend.

Food is to die for but the service is poor. If you don't mind being ignored and waiting ages to be served, this is the place for you

Horrendous place. Awful decor. We walked in (through a smokers haze right next to the entrance door) and quickly realised it was filled with noisy loud mouthed men who were swearing. Not sure what this place is supposed to be but it’s the last place on earth we would wish to go to ever again! It’s certainly not somewhere you would wish to go and eat. We walked out in disgust without bothering to order. Plenty of decent places to eat in Moseley/kings Heath and this is not one of them.

Lovely atmosphere, although may be too busy for some. Staff were very accommodating toward to my gluten green diet. And the food was excellent! Only thing was they did forget our rice so had to wait after the mains were bought out. That’s hasn’t put me off though, I shall definitely be returning!

I’m person who will give everyone a second chance ..... I went with mother and daughter.... who including me thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and atmosphere... the table service is very good..... the food from the poppadoms to veggie and meat mixed grills, and curry’s..... not forgetting the desserts they are must to try to finish evening off..... I would definitely recommend Covered wagon

The staff were very lovely and the food was amazing however the portion sizes were too big. We ended up taking home our leftovers. If I were you I would reduce ur portion sizes. :) overall good experience

Had to wait 15 minutes even though had a table booked but it was worth the wait great food and the guy who served us was just Brill couldn't do enough for us
