Enjoyed the food, really lovely, just felt a bit rushed as it was very busy and there were people wait for tables. Did want a dessert but they were not serving any, as table was needed for next customer. Nevertheless i would definitely go again. Really enjoyed my meal.

It was poor service and the food wasn’t hot enough

We watched a review on social media so looked forward to our visit. We dine out every week at Indian Restaurants in the Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Warwick and West Midlands area. On arrival there was no one to meet us at the waiting area. We waited for quite some time and had to, in the end, approach someone to get help. A person arrived and said we could take a table that was free by the door. We explained we had a reservation (as this was not asked) and were then taken to our reserved table which was better located. We waited a while before being served and again had to get someones attention. (Not the best start!). We were finally served by a really nice guy who continued to look after us from that point on. I ordered a Chicken Madras (Which is my usual meal) and my wife a Chicken Balti, plus breads, poppadoms and drinks. My Madras was as mild as a butter chicken. My wife commented her Balti was far spicier. My food was taken away and returned later, with some spices and raw chillies added. This was not as pleasant as a properly prepared Madras and spoiled the overall taste. My Naan bread had gone cold and the over all experience was disappointing. I'm not sure why these unfortunate events happened that night but I'm sorry to say our experience was not favourable. I fet you should know hence the detailed feed back.

Came here tonight for my mum's 60th birthday meal - there were 8 of us. The place was really busy when we arrived, but our table was ready on time - we were expecting it to be chilly based on recent reviews, but the restaurant was a lovely temperature - nice and warm. Despite it being busy, our order was taken quickly, and the food was with us in about 20 minutes. It was delicious, nice and hot too. They have a decent selection of vegan options, too. The portions were massive, with a few of us getting a takeaway box for our leftovers. The best part of the night was the service from Arman. He was fantastic, very attentive, friendly and funny. Looking forward to tomorrow's leftovers and returning in the future.

Hi had a anerversity meal there as just opened so we decided to go along service was very good wife enjoyed it had buttered chicken but I found. Mine not very hot just warm temp wise didn't like to say in front of wife service very quick( to quick) but hey ho might call in again to try rest of mmeal ok

Table not ready when we arrived - despite restaurant being quiet at 5.15pm. And prebooking. Staff everywhere but not many seemed clued up about what was going on. E.g Courtesy checked 3 times mid meal by 3 different staff. One of our party has a nut allergy, they were good enough to check this but all 3 mild creamy dishes she would normally go for contained nuts. It was impossible to change these or alter in any way to make nut free and the general impression was the food was prepared in bulk off site. The manager then said he could make any dish mild if she chose something else. In the end settled for Bhuna but asked for extra cream (they didn’t have that???) and when the dish came it was spicier than a medium balti and rara so was inedible to her. She also didn’t have confidence it was genuinely nut free as lots of confusion so actually only tried a small amount on her lip to begin with. Rest of curries tasty but spicier than usual preference and expensive. Poppadoms £3.50 for 2 so that adds up and didn’t get chutney tray without having to ask. Will NOT be going again. Plenty of better curries available in Coventry

Drinks order was lost , then complete food order was never processed . 1 1/2 hrs for main food to arrive .

Absolutely shocking, moved tables 3 times. Rushed and felt like a conveyor belt. Staff clearing our tables for us to leave. Missed my curry so I went without. Witnessed 3 staff members being horrible to a young waitress, food OK! husband's was only warm. Clearly no fresh ingredients. Felt rushed from start to finish. No way you would go as a couple, was a rip off and not worth the money

First time visit for my Dad's birthday. We all had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed all the food. Really plentiful and tasty. The best lamb saag I've ever had. Service was very good also.

The food was amazing but the service wasn't great. Dips came with no spoons, drinks took ages, had to ask twice where our drinks were. No condiments offered for chips. Used tje plates on the table.for poppadoms, no clean plates for mains, had to ask for them

Really good food and service, would have given top marks if our starter had a dip of some sort and we felt a little rushed but other than that it was brilliant and I’d return

First thing told was when table needed back Food felt like a microwave meal - chicken poor quality. Both of us left most of it £7 for 4 popadoms As soon as done with mains we were asked if we wanted the bill this was 1hr 15 mins before allotted time finished. No offer of dessert menus or another drink . Will not be returning Felt like chaos and for profit rather than good food and customer experience

Charan and Remy C were brilliant. Excellent customer service and kept well informed when meals will be out to us. Understanding and very polite. Amazing service from you both.

The restaurant was at full capacity, and the acoustics were notably poor, resulting in a high noise level. The booth tables were inadequately sized for a party of four. Regrettably, a beverage was spilled on my son by the waiter. While the food quality was satisfactory, the service was subpar. The rapid delivery of our order, approximately five minutes from placement to arrival, raises questions regarding the freshness of the preparation. Furthermore, the heating system was insufficient for the cold Friday evening.

Great food, great service and nice restaurant, look forward to returning in a few weeks.

The food was nice but the service seemed chaotic! Table wasn’t ready and we had to ask for cutlery, a menu and to order food!

I made a reservation in advance, but when I arrived the staff were unable to find it. I showed them my booking confirmation and I was asked to wait while they attended to other guests. After we had been waiting a while we were then told it was unlikely we would get a table. This was disappointing and made us feel like the staff were not being accommodating for an issue that was not caused by us and we were left waiting without much reassurance while he continued to attend other guests. Eventually another staff member and Iks looked more thoroughly into their system and discovered that someone had mistakenly marked my reservation as arrived earlier in the day. We were very grateful that Iks took the time to look more thoroughly into this and he quickly identified the error. After we were seated we still waited quite a while before receiving menus and waited even longer before anyone came to take our order. The food came out fairly quickly and was nice, but the whole experience was overshadowed by everything that happened at the start.

Chicken was from legs/thighs not very nice. Colleagues food was good.

The food was fine very nice. The service was was poor. We kept having to attract the waiter to get a drink. Waited ages for it to come. I had to physically go over to him to ask him to come over so we could order our food. Not a great evening .The manager apologised she was pleasant, but thats not the point what we'll remember is the bad service

The chips were over cooked and hard. But the manager kindly refunded us for those. Everything was was nice and the venue is beautiful.

Friendly service -delicious food and despite being very busy the service of the food was prompt. Appeared to be very well organised and would definitely recommend.

Well what a place there were 17 of us and arrived 20 mins early 7:40 for 8:00 on Saturday night. Restaurant was buzzing very busy. We got seated and service from smiling staff was excellent. Lovely food will be back soon with a smaller group though so the boss not so stressed in anticipation of our arrival but absolutely no issues on the day
