The Cradock Arms

When we go at lunchtime all is well. Today and other evening occasions the service is not good. It took ages to get the drinks we ordered on two occasions and then to get the bill at the end was a problem. I had to ask twice for it. The girls employed in the evening would rather talk to each other than look for work or people to serve

Food good. Staff excellent. Recommend asking how long you have your table for as we were told ours was needed when we had only been there an hour and 15 mins. (We had booked).

I have eaten at the Cradock Arms numerous times over the years, with both family and friends. It is clearly a very popular pub/restaurant, and it is clear to see why. The food is always excellent, and the service is of a high standard - no matter how busy they are ... and every time I have visited, the restaurant has been full! A great place to visit, no matter the occasion ... and booking is so easy via Quandoo.

My husband and I visited The Cradock Arms for our wedding anniversary. We were made to feel extremely welcome by all the team, the food was Devine and great value for money. The pub is welcoming, cosy and clean: we also enjoyed pudding in the garden. We share the Cradock name, when we made Dan aware he kindly offered my husband a Cradock Arms t shirt and a spot behind the bar for a quick pic, he was delighted to say the least. Thank you

Really busy pub, always really popular they always seem to keep a good standard and consistent of the years.

We sat in the bar area as I wanted to bring my dog. We had a lovely waitress looking after us, it was my sons birthday and one of the reason to go to the Cradock was so he could have mussels .. but they didn’t have any that evening - she suggested a free chocolate dessert and he was quite happy .. mussels would have been better 🤭but she looked after us really well so can’t complain. All our meals were really nice too ! Lovely evening !

Visited with a friend and had jerk chicken flatbread and fries. Was delicious and very large, had to take the rest home. Always enjoy my visits to the Craddock. Great staff, clean and friendly.

Good food but slower service than we experienced on prevoious visits. The couple with us had to leave at a certain time and we would have had desert but we had to wait too long for the order to be taken.

The beef Bouginion pie was delicious 🤤 The ribeye was lovely. Sticky toffee pudding was perfect.
