Celebrated husbands 60th Birthday with family. Warm welcome, great service and food. The restaurant is beautifully presented, decor tasteful and modern. Well thought out for everything. Love the Curlew.
Great food but despite few diners we were all seated adjacent to each other ...... Why do restaurants often do this? If you are first seated you have no say.
Excellent food and service shame it was so quiet as it lacked a little atmosphere. The wine was also good and we were able to buy a carafe which when you are driving is a great idea.
Lacklustre service, not paying attention to the details. Food good but not wowing me. Small portions - don't eat here if you are hungry. Disappointing for the price.
Even with a busy restaurant the food was of high quality. The menu has variety of locally sources meat and fish. Nice wine selection. Nice night.
Environment was lovely, cosy and welcoming - starters and mains were extremely good, however the desserts failed in comparison and I would describe them as style Over substance, disappointing textures and flavours
