The Dog at Dunley served a very good Sunday Lunch. The food was cooked perfectly, generously proportioned, and the service was good and cheerful. The dining room was cosy and warm. The bill was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

We had the light bites, starter & main both very tasty & good deal, followed by coffee in front of the log fire. Service was good too! A very pleasant visit.

They messed up the order, 3 tables was served before us , when I asked, our order has not been put in , we then changed it to take home . Not happy as we don't go out very often and was looking forward to it.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Food served quickly and was absolutely wonderful i had a child's Sunday dinner which is quite adequate for me so left me room for a lovely chocolate brownie dessert.

Lovely little cosy lounge with roaring log fire which was well tended. The waiter / bar person (Conner) was attentive, friendly & very professional. The food was fantastic & we complimented the chef. Our party of four with different dietary requirements enjoyed an excellent lunch at the Dog at Dunley. Despite a party of 19 people preceeding our arrival, our orders were taken quite quickly, helpfully and cheerfully and our excellent meals were served within a reasonable period of time. We would have no hesitation in recommending this venue to anyone who ask. We look forward to our next visit, thank you to all the staff at the Dog.
