The drop is by far the best Jamaican food I’ve had in Manchester! Amazing value for money and real authentic feel!

The food is always great well thought out options would recommend a visit if you haven't already done so .This is a must place to eat and experience

Great atmosphere - everyone seemed to be having a great time. The food was delicious and plentiful (I couldn't finish mine) and extremely reasonably priced. Staff were very lovely too, despite how busy they were. I look forward to visiting the drop again!

Great atmosphere. Upbeat Vibe. Good range of drinks. Delicious food. Only negative point was the portion of Meat wasn't adequate. It wasn't enough in my opinion and was made up with a lot of bones. Besides that, the Drop is a must go for a casual dinner. :)

Table with filthy and sticky and food was cold. Couldn't pay in card which is odd in this day and age. Don't think I'll be going again

The food was really great. However, we had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for the food to come and not many around us had food either. The service is incredibly slow, but the food is great.

Overall ok, no red stripe/lagers available. Food well presented Slightly undercooked chicken. Free dessert was nice Would come back on a weekday not week end

Amazing in every way. Yes the service was a bit slow but the staff are friendly and rushed off their feet. It's a fantastic place.

This place is super busy which is a good sign but it took us 40 minutes to be served for food or drinks which was annoying. But once you've ordered, foods out pretty quick and it is the best food ever! So worth the wait!! Love love love!!! Really nice staff too

Food was mediocre, staff were very nice. Drink were pretty average too. Ackee and saltfish was very bland, the curry goat was ok but meat was very tough, could have done with atleast another hour cook down time. Best thing I ate was the jerk chicken no complaints what so ever about that, it was amazing.

Delicious food! They need to expand and get a card machine! Can't wait to go back! Portions are very generous and very reasonably priced. I had the tastiest curried goat ever!

Staff always pleasant and friendly. Food full of flavour! Would recommend the hench box if you want abit of everything. They have my mum a free cocktail for her birthday

Best carribean food ive experienced outside jamaica, staff are pleasant and friendly my only gripe would be that tables and floor area should be cleared as soon as customer leaves we were sat at a table with the last customers plates and cutlery still on it for about 10 mins till sumeone come and cleared it.

food is always good but very unorganised today. Told jerk chicken would take too long then it came out after changing my order. The portions are usually good for the hench drop box but my food seemed very skanty however people coming after me received the full trimings. More staff needed and better organisation as waited 20 mins after requesting my bill

The most authentic Caribbean food restaurant that I've visited....Great food and vibe....friendly staff will definitely be going again.....it's cash only....be aware !(there's a cash machine very close!)

I hope The Drop doesn't become a victim of its own success as it's so popular and rightly so - the food is truly superb. It is very busy though so make sure you book ahead.

Really nice food, tasty , good service attentive staff, we loved the punch juice and rum punch.would definetly recommend others to go. We will be going back soon.

Great food was really tastey especially the mac n cheese and the staff were really nice. The music was a little bit too loud for and not much space in the restaurant.

great vibe at The Drop, casual and relaxed. Food is amaaaaaazing, if you are unsure what to order get the Hench Drop Box so you can get a little bit of everything.

Food was excellent, portion sizes healthy & friendly staff. I visited this restaurant with my family and had a lovely experience, we will definitely be making it a regular destination.

Beautiful food, the staff are friendly and polite inside has a lovely vibe but as it's always so busy and it's quite small the outside seating area doesn't play the same music as inside and can get a little cold but will always come here again 4*

We spent a nice evening for eight guests here on Saturday night we found the experience very good the food is excellent and very cosy little restaurant I would recommend it

My first visit to the Drop! So the food was tasty and yummy, ate everything on my plate! Cocktail was delicious wanted another but was driving! Music was nice and I was happy with the service! 👏 👌 😊

The service was great, casual and friendly and the food was really delicious. I would recommend the reggae roast. Quite loud inside but outside was perfect.

the food was nice even though we didn't get our full order. The door needs to be on a springer was we were seated near the door after waiting twenty minutes for a booked table!

service was delivered with a smile but painfully ran, we waited 15minutes on arrival to be spoken to and 40mins for our drinks which arrivwd just before our food. the table for 2 was in such a bad location by the door that it was just in the way! food was average. The only reason i giving 2 is the waitess who served us was very polite and smiley.

The best Caribbean food i have ever eaten. Service was fantastic, food was amazing and the waiting time was next to nothing despite the place being packed. When you think some places are charging £15 for a burger these days I would pay £13 for the bench drop box all day long. Its a proper meal. The drinks menu was good, loads of choice and the restaurant itself looks superb. These guys have got this place running like clockwork. I would give this place 7 stars if i could.

Hes and Jimmy (the owners) were fantastic from start to finish and the food was exceptional. If you like good food with everything made from scratch and delivered in a friendly down to earth way then this is the place to be!

Glad I booked as was busy. Food was very good. Will be going again definitely as great atmosphere and really good food. Shame I was driving as I would have liked to try a rum punch or three
