The Greek Kitchen, along Washway Road in Sale, have taken the meze to a whole new territory: 22 dishes served over five courses, carefully matched with a considered selection of wine. The care and attention lavished upon The Greek Kitchen’s meze selection is reflected in their menu, itself a work of art. We love how there’s the occasional icon of a numbered wine bottle next to a dish, indicating the restaurant’s recommendation when it comes to a complementary vintage.

You can also try out The Greek Kitchen’s chef’s specialties, many of which are prepared according to age-old family recipes, handed down through the generations. For every carnivorous dish there’s a vegetarian option, so you can match traditional kleftiko (slow roasted lamb shank with potatoes and vegetables), with an equally traditional yemista (roasted peppers stuffed with rice, mushrooms and onions).
