Food was lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. My daughter has a gluten intolerance and the chef was happy and obliging to adapt the menu.

We Really enjoyed the afternoon tea, there was a good variety of sandwiche fillings and tasty scones too. The tomato jam was a good accomniment to the cheese scone.

We arrived early so our table was not ready yet, but we were told we could sit at another table temporarily and our drinks were brought over to us. Service was really friendly and food was lovely.

I absolutely loves this place, can't say anything bad about it. friendly staff such a happy place. food's great. :)

Service was good, restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and the food was good overall. Slight criticism about he parsnips which were a little greasy, as were the roast potatoes.

The food was so much better than what I had expected. I kind of had an expectation that it would just be average 'local bar food' but it was so much better. Great quality food, affordable prices and very good portion sizes. I'll definitely be returning for another visit!

Lovely food, great atmosphere but was not impressed with the lack of service after we had finished our meal. We were left sitting at our table for at least half an hour before finally catching the eye of a waitress.

Pre-Christmas works meal out and we are very happy that we chose The Keys. Wide ranging menu, food was delicious and excellent value for money. Really lovely staff, who dealt very well with a couple of boisterous individuals on neighbouring tables to ensure everyone had a fab night.

Good service and food . First visit for our group of 4 Will be back again . Fish finger sandwich delicious and my group enjoyed the steak sandwiches . Chunky chips gorgeous..

After noon tea was great value and very tasty however the service was not very good .it was extremely busy with parties maybe this is why however the staff stayed at the bar area talking .

The food and service was lovely and perfect but the notice and atmosphere was not good kids screaming and shouting it just wasn't that nice sit dawn cream tea experience.

Superb Sunday lunch which was freshly cooked. We like the way some veg is served separately so you can help yourself to portions. Friendly and polite staff. Spacious dining area. We will be returning - thank you.

We had a fantastic meal last night. It was our first time visiting The Keyd and the food was excellent. The burger was by far the best we've had and the service we received was excellent. What a bonus is was that there was 2 for 1 on cocktails. We will definitely be paying another visit.

The staff were wonderful but the food was terrible. I ordered steak and ale pie. The meat was totally dried out and burnt on the outside end. I couldnt eat it. My husbands burger was also dry. The poor young man appologised but what else could he do. I thought possibly they might of offered to take it off the bill.

Although the service was a bit slow and not as attentive as we would have liked, we loved the food and the ambiance. Amazing choice on the lunch menu - not just the usual stuff and superb value for money .

Lovely meal, great service, the waiter was brill with our daughter! Really enjoyed the food, nothing too much trouble, will return. Recommend the tandoori chicken flatbread.

We enjoyed our breakfast to celebrate Fathers Day. Service was good and we were well looked after. We would highly recommend The Keys to family and friends.

We frequently dine at the Keys because of the service we get and the menus and choice of meals the price range is very good the atmosphere is just right.i would recommend anyone to try this establishment you won't be disappointed.

Great food but even better service. Our server Miles couldn't do enough for us. We loved how he interacted with our son, made him feel very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Not very busy, which was good but later when a DJ started playing it was difficult to talk. I thought the DJ would be upstairs. No wine list available which is not good. No happy hour for cocktails (only friday and saturday). Usually i find the food average but this time all 3 of us were impressed. Had to seek out a member of staff to pay.

The food was amazing but glad we didn't book table any later. Started blasting out music at 8 which isn't great when you're still sat eating.

Excellent food and service, friendly staff. You may have to wait a while ! but it's worth it as the food is always fresh and hot.

Had afternoon tea for a birthday treat. very attentive and friendly staff. booked on line , got phone call to confirm, asked if any dietary preferences ie gluten free. the food was very nice. Would recommend to anyone. The venue is lovely and clean.

Walked into restaurant and said name they knew details straight away and showed us to our table. Very easy way to book and no trouble of having to find contact details and try to phone up x

Fabulous Sunday lunch. We had roast beef which was beautifully cooked and still a bit pink in the middle. The veg was not soggy or over cooked. We will be visiting again.

We really enjoyed our experience at the Keys, we would highly recommend the food and the staff are really friendly as well. Well worth a trip.

Great food great service will be back,we booked on a Saturday night expecting to have to wait for service, but everything was spot on,could not fault a thing, the food was to die for,well done to the staff keep it up.

Nice restaurant with good service. Excellent meals which are well presented. We had two course meal at set price which was good value for money.

Staff were great, they work hard to please, will definately go back and reccomend to friends and family. Food was good. The only down side is the resturant was a little cold but the staff did put the heating when we informed them we were cold.

Although is was vert quiet after being shown to our table we were sat about 10 minutes before out drinks order was taken , the meals themselves were very enjoyable

Excellent Afternoon Tea and great service as always, also a very reasonable price. The only thing we would have found helpful was a menu, as there was a Christmas Afternoon Tea that we didn't know about, until seeing a sign in the loo.

We went for lunch and food was really nice, service was a little slow though. Brownie was dry, but the sticky toffee pudding was lovely.

The food and service were superb but evening spoilt a bit by a group of 8 drunken males who could not communicate without shouting. My friend from London said the food was better than a lot of restaurants she has been to in London.

Great food at a great set meal price. Good waiter service - friendly and welcoming will be going again soon. Looked the veg choices and well presented!
