“The Lab” is a project conceived by five students who needed to express their passion and creativity. After years of experience in the hospitality industry, our team decided to define our own concept by creating an environment focused on cohesion and togetherness. We believe that too many restauranteurs misjudge their businesses, thinking to be in the hospitality business when, in reality, we are in the experience business. Our guests’ experience is the most important thing to us. Nowadays, it is not enough to serve great products at a great value or provide a spot-on service: We want to create an innovative, friendly, and casual environment where togetherness is vital. What drives us is simply the confidence that we are knowledgeable and passionate about what we do.
