It was a bit noise but it was acceptable. The food & service was amazing.

4 dirty burgers very well presented and extremely tasty with a side of crispy tasty chops efficiently served by friendly staff

Food amazing - really good. Vegetarian sausages as the roast option were fantastic so too was the fish. Although the pub was toasty warm the welcome and service was a bit luke warm - nothing a smile from the serving staff wouldn’t fix - overall a great lunch

My friend and I had lunch at The Lamb this week. We both had the venison stew with dumplings, absolutely delicious, then to follow Snickers Chocolate Brownies and Salted Caramel ice cream. One of the best brownies I've ever tasted, so much so asked for the recipe. Staff really friendly and helpful, not rushed in any way. So will definitely be returning.

Best burger my husband has had in a long time! My chicken was really good. Large portions. Will be back for sure

Delicious three course meal enjoyed by us all and the free half pint of bitter for the dad in our group was a nice surprise. Service was faultless. All the staff were really friendly.

Very disappointing. Prices 30% higher than shown on their own website, for some of the toughest roast beef we've ever been served.

Just got back from here, and unfortunately the service has gone down hill since Covid. Also we were put in a rather dark corner. Definitely not as good as it used to be. Might be time to find another pub for Sunday dinner.

Considering the limited menu (understandably during this time), all 6 of us loved our food, it was all delicious and there were no left overs on any plate. Thank you The Lamb for another lovely family meal, we will be back

As a local this was my first visit but will not be the last! Friendly efficient staff and a straightforward menu. Good quality food within certain boundaries but overall a pleasurable experience.

First day of opening after 2nd national lockdown. The team, lead by Ben have done an amazing job converting the outside eating area into an amazing cosy and welcoming, undercover eating & drinking area. With outside heaters and a log burner- shame it was a work night otherwise they would of been hard pushed to get rid of us lol

Very very disappointed always for our occasions and a general meal go to the lamb but sadly do not want to go again. I know it was 4pm but if you advised Sunday lunch till late it should be fine not cold even the plate and you always can't take the plate from the staff normally but cold food gravy warm just not the lambs normal standard. I never complain but did this time staff found it amusing we heard them laugh about it finally after we asked to speak to someone else who was a manager he apologised and offered us a free dessert but I told him honestly that we were going over to creams in crawley for this he did take less money from me but still so upset by my once favourite place to eat.

Went for lunch - food was good. Service was good. However, the atmosphere was terrible. I feel they have gone a bit over the top with regards to Covid Protection. There was plastic everywhere, covering up internal windows and gaps. We even had a full height plastic guard between our table and the next. I know they are doing their utmost to protect everybody but I have been in restaurants where social distancing between tables took place and I felt very secure. Will not visit again until the Covid situation is all over.

Really delicious food, good and friendly service and a great process in place for enabling social distancing. Would highly recommend.
