About The Lodge
The Lodge of Aintree is where all of our favourite things come together: great tasting and fresh food, aromatic coffee and a well-stocked bar. The Lodge is cosy and chilled from breakfast right through until late, with food available around the clock. The main menu is British pub-style, so expect classics like lamb shoulder, beer battered fish and chips and honey roast ham with chunky chips. This is good, honest food done absolutely right. The food and service was excellent, the place was a bit empty but i am sure that will change in time, i will clearly be going back. The only reason i did not give 6 was because the menu was limited due to the restaurant waiting on a delivery. If you want some high quality pub food and a reasonable price i do strongly recommend this place.
We had a gorgeous 3 course meal from the Christmas menu. The food was lovely, plentiful and well worth the price. The customer service was excellent. Would definitely return.
